My heartfelt condolences. They truly are unconditional Loves. 

Our "Ophelia-Furryface" is 18 and is starting to have some serious teeth troubles.

Try as we might, we can never prepare for the day they leave us.

Remember the good days.

I found a ball near the cage today. It was just out of her reach so I'm going with my theory that she was curious.

For me, it has always been hard with pets. People and I am sure I, as well, have a million different reasons we deserve to suffer.The pets in our lives though are genuine in their loyalty and don't. I started shooting air guns as an adult because my aging English Bulldog, Clara, couldn't stand loud sharp noises anymore. I always shot most every day with powder burners and it never bothered her, but then it did. The air rifles though, she didn't mind a bit and actually, she wanted to find where the pellets went....She has been gone a few years now but I still miss her dearly....
