Lightening up the Gauntlet stock

I was working on some other parts but this has always bothered me. The back of the stock always felt like Umarex put a huge lead weight in the stock. While the gun was apart I decided to take a look at what was creating all that extra weight.
All that extra weight is coming from the darn cheek riser adjuster assembly. I wish I had a scale to weigh the parts but they sure feel like around 1lb. Actually surprisingly heavy for the parts for some reason.
Almost done printing out some parts. Now if this works, it will definitely be an item for me to list.

It really stinks when the only Tap you need is missing. Got to get a 5/16 tap and all done. Hopefully I will find a scale to see what the weight loss actually is, but I sure can tell you it's noticeable.

Lately I have been using Fusion 360. I moved over to Fusion 360 because of the CAM software it has. I have been in self training for CNC for the last month along with manual G-code for some automated projects.
Our machinist at regular work just got a new knee mill and the engineering department (me) inherited his old one. My goal is to have this mill converted to 3 axis cnc on the cheap before the end of the year.
We purchased one of these off-line cnc controllers and it just works flawlessly.
A control box, power supply, and a couple drivers puts this controller under 500 bucks.
For the CNC brakets for the knee mill, just over 1000 bucks.

So,
2 grand gets me a cnc mill that I can't wait to get running.
I was offered a vectrax knee mill that we had in the warehouse. I was joking with my boss and offered him a 100 bucks for it. Believe it or not, he said sure. I feel terrible because I had to turn it down because I don't have 220 in the garage and it weighs 2500lbs or so ( no way I can move it ).

finally got a scale to measure.
Stock parts just under 1/2lb
New parts just under 0.05 lbs
Doesn't seem like much now but a huge difference in balance and weight (atleast for me).
