Oh Paul, you are damaging my wallet again.

I probably will get the 4-16x44mm one. It is a bit heavy at 22oz. The mil dot line is on the thick side. But based on reviews it performs great against recoils so should be good on even the scope eaters.

The 3-12x44 listed to have a weight of 23oz, heavier than the 4-16.

I grabbed one of the 4-16X44 models, that  was a $20+ savings!  I have a 3-12X44 I had on the BullBoss, great scope!  I need another scope like I need a hole in my head, especially after just returning 3 air rifles, but it’s hard to pass on a deal like this!

Is also discounted from average $94 to $75.

It is 2" shorter and 10 oz lighter than the 30mm 3-12 UTG, that is a lot.

NO NO NO NO ... I don't NEED another scope .....
I currently have at least three UTG scopes, the 30mm with the etched glass reticle which is finer than this one. But this one is not bad - I have it also. I have never used the illumination though ....
The bugbuster is a beauty. I replaced the older 3-9 with this this. (although I paid over a hundred for it!) Definitely a great deal. It has a finer wire reticle than the old one!

Thanks loads Paul, I wuzn't gonna spend anymore $$$ on gun stuff for awhile....... My 4-16X44 compact will be here Monday along with a 60mm side wheel. I've got 3 of these already and for the price (especially THIS price) I think they're great. Me thinks UTG makes the side parallax knob so hard to turn that you really need to buy a side wheel.

I was going to order the 4-16x44 tonight, but good thing I checked my inventory first.  I found I have the regular sized UTG 3-12x44 30mm still in the box from about 2 years ago that I got for $79.  It's more of a spare.

After having to return 2 Hammers scopes because the turrets wouldn't turn I decided I needed to step up in quality just a little but was waiting for a deal. 4-16x just ordered, thanks!

I've used the 4X16 on a friend's HW97 in a Field Target match. I thought the glass was just fine at 16X.
