I think you'll find that many of us have opened up our barrel port to at least the same diameter as the transfer port, some have replaced their transfer port with one made of good steel so they could drill it out larger as well, along with the barrel port. Unless you modify the stock valve so it can breathe better there will only be so much return on the rest. I also believe the hammer spring in mine has grown weaker over time, could account for some drop unless you re-shim or have an adjuster.

In Brazil we do this, we use an M8 screw. The square piece is made in the same dimensions as the original and the part that goes inside the spring is 6mm

I put a bigger plenum on my Nova Liberty and my reg is set at 2000 psi and the speed it is at is 855 fps with JSB 15.89 grain. However when it was with the original plenum the speed was 880 fps with JSB 15.89 grain. Wasn't the larger Plenum supposed to have increased the Speed ​​of Shot? I didn't make any other changes, I just added the larger plenum.

It should've made a big difference. What size plenum did you install? Are you positive you didn't change any settings like HS preload or regulator? Did you just remove the action from the stock and unscrew the plenum and screw in the bigger one. If you removed the reg are you sure it's put back together right? If the reg didn't get screwed back into the drop block exactly the same you will change your reg pressure especially if you screwed it in tighter which would lower your reg pressure.

Well, here's my first comparison between stock 5cc plenum and Duy's 16cc plenum. I have all of Duy's mods installed except the hammer weight. The hs is back down so when I was shooting 24.2 grain hunter mags they would be around 900 fps. Very happy with the results so far. Forgot to mention also that the tp is drilled out to .217 but the barrel is only at .187 but ovalized.

Does anybody remember if someone made a list of the orings in normal sizes for the liberty. I know I can buy a oring kit from capt Oring as I have 2 of them but want to order replacement Orings for the critical ones I've used.

Here's a compiled list of Liberty Orings I picked up in one of the forums a year or so ago,
I believe the format has been adjusted to list the O Rings in the US format of cross section x ID
But have not verified that because my Liberty has not leaked for a while.

I also have a set of Assembly Instructions for the Liberty
Essentially a complete parts breakdown with pictures
It lists all the O Rings in the Chinese format of cross section x OD

Thanks! I have the assembly instructions for both the liberty and the aspen already. I knew someone had come up with a list but couldn't find it. I just had to replace the Oring for the fill check valve but it came out of a harbor freight Oring kit. I actually used a 006 Oring there and it seems to be working.

Looks to me like they they swapped and adapted the Aspen and the Avenger. My guess is it has the same barrel (excellent) make and they took the 2 level power wheel from the Aspen (Nova Liberty) a nice feature. I'm betting that the plastic stock comes from the same manufacturer as the Avenger's. The sling mounts are a nice feature Too.
Downside for me the manometer(air supply cylinder gage) positioned at the muzzle end and reverting to a fill probe. I think it likely that with the demand there will be a .25 cal gun coming in the future. With the accessible regulator and hammer spring adjustment all in all a very nice gun at an excellent price.

Hope you find the following interesting/helpful

The Liberty & Freedom, Aspen & Avenger are all made by Nova Vista (China)
The Liberty & Freedom were the first to be imported (ATI)
The Freedom was renamed the Aspen when imported (and adopted) by Air Venturi
ATI no longer imports airguns.

There is a 25 cal version of the Liberty
As far as I know they were only sold in Brazil

The Liberty is a darned good gun.
And I have not yet shot my eye out while reading the gauge

The downside is that parts availability is non-existent
ATI never carried spare parts
And parts guns are rare.

 I was the first consumer to get a Liberty, I ordered a Freedom from Buds Gun Shop, they must of got a sample Liberty, and managed to pack it up and send it to me  Knew the gun would be a hit, no one offered so many options at such a low price before the ATI Nova Vista guns hit the dealers.

Some of you will remember that some Liberties and Freedoms were sold as non warranty parts guns. What that says to me is that there are folks out there that have some good parts in some non working guns.
However.. in reality, what parts would you really need? Most issues with PCP and pumper guns are leaky orings and seals that can be sourced if you can match them up. Folks have already made oring lists for many of them as well.
