I screwed my bleed screw into a 6mm flange nut to just short of level. Using a figure 8 rotating motion squared up the end and polisho it. No problems with leakage after that.

Had the bleed screw grinded down yesterday evening.  Put it back in the rifle lathered up with silicone.  Filled the gun to 3,000 PSI and dry fired the gun a few times.  The gauge read just a smidge below 3,000 PSI when I initially put it away.  An hour late the pressure had dropped around 100 PSI.  I was slightly discouraged and then I wondered if the pressure drop was due to filling the gun outside in hot, humid conditions and then bringing it into an air conditioned room. 

Well, this morning the gauge hadn't moved a bit and it still hasn't as I'm typing this.  So it's been holding pressure for 15+ hours with no visible change.  So I guess all is good in the hood.

Matt I've been following all of Stephens stuff and that is another fantastic video he did.  I did comment about it on the youtube channel also.  Stephen sure makes some great slugs for the Nova Vista guns too.
Duy poppets are awesome, I have one in my wood stocked Liberty and no more leaky poppet in mine anymore plus much more energy to boot than it ever had.

Stephen & Duy have lead the way in maximizing the Liberty & Freedoms. When I drilled out my original power adjuster, it exploded the first time I shot it, sending the knob across the room. At that time Duy was not making parts for sale, but I contacted him anyway, and asked for some help. The gun was useless without that part & no way to replace it. He suggested hardened steel so it would have the strength to be safe. His work is first class and he's a great guy.

Stephen's videos give the average guy like me the knowledge & courage to dig into these guns and have some fun improving them. This is another awsome video highlighting some great power mods.

I concur.  I'm not a "handy" guy, but thanks to Stephen's videos, I feel pretty confident tearing these guns apart and have a somewhat decent understanding of them thanks to him.  FuzzyGrub has also been extremely helpful with his posts on the Liberty.

Speaking of my "unhandiness," how the *(&^ are you guys getting the valve springs on Duy's poppets?  Duy gave me a link to the springs he uses on them from Amazon, but it was a struggle for me to mate the two together.   Currently, the spring is riding on top of the poppet, so the two are not bound together. Yet, the gun seems to function properly with no leakage.  Not sure if this is fine or if it's going to pose a problem down the road...

You twist it the opposite of the way it's wound. If you twist it in the direction it is wound it will only get tighter.

I would like to know if someone has found a solution for the o-ring that is in the cylinder, which is with the ball, as it causes leakage. Is the solution just replacement?
In Brazil this oring is very difficult to find, and several new Liberty are giving problems in the oring that is close to the cylinder pressure gauge.

I had the same problem with mine. I bought captain O ring's O ring kit. It has every O ring for the Liberty.

Hopefully yours doesn't disappear after installing it twice like happened to me.lol  I installed the O ring that matched the print out from Capt oring. Went to fill the rifle and it leaked. Took it back apart, ? where the @#### is the Oring. Installed the Oring from the other kit. Same results. Finally scrounged an Oring out of a WP fork rebuild kit or from the harbor freight Oring kit, can't remember but it did the trick. I'll pull the fill cap off and check the air cylinder when I install the rest of the kit as the reg is leaking above 3k psi.

This oring that is close to the manometer is very difficult to find, there should be a method to replace that oring with the steel ball for something else, most of the new views that are being sold in Brazil present the problem in this oring.

Here in Brazil, we are cutting the washer of the Nova Vista Polymer stock, as we detect that it causes the change in the impact point of the pcp according to the pressure in the cylinder.

Most pcp nova vista that are sold in Brazil have a problem with the regulator, so we are sending it to a Gunsmith to fix it, after it comes back it is really 100%.
It increases the transfer hole of the selector, puts a pressure gauge on the pre-camera to find out and leaves it set at 140 bar, as they usually come in 130 bar from the factory.

This new view pcp is from a friend here in Brazil, a larger pre-camera was placed, the power selector button was removed, the trigger valve was changed and the bore of the transfer was increased. And it is set at 110 bar. She is giving 53 joules of strength with 25.6gr pellet and with a long autonomy, because a 500cc carbon cylinder with Chinese regulator was placed, the ones that sell on Aliexpress. The Z valve was made on a turner. She is an excellent rifle and is now much better.

The Capt O-ring kit indicates it is included, but I have not replaced it to verify.  It is NBR, not Poly, though.

This oring number 2 is the same, it is causing leakage due to the pressure it causes on the steel ball on it and it ends up spoiling, according to some gunsmiths it is a design flaw, it should put something else to make this seal, as this part continues with the ball and the oring sooner or later will cause leakage.
