Just wanted to make sure before I attempt to do mine. Goes without saying that drilling the transfer port will be the trickiest part.
I already ordered and have in my possession the tools Jason suggested.

Here I have my chrony results, I used CPHP, also I've recorded a video that I might put online with a summary of the results all together.

This is 20 shots at high power

Then I did 10 more shots at low power, the results are great here... I think I'll need to shot a few thousands of pellets with the rifle to later repeat it... it might improve later on, I think the reg still breaking in..

WOW that "low power" is a brilliant string!!! I found the Nova to be a bit more consistent on a lower power, especially on the first shot. However I found the reverse with the 1st shot being about 20 fps faster than the follow ups. As soon as i have a chance I'll be dropping the power on the reg down to 820 fps to check whether it all stabilises a bit. PS. with the 18.13gr JSB's I'm running at around 870fps at the moment.

It seems like the guy that originally designed these rifles was from Canada

I can remember back when he was trying to find a manufacturer to produce them.

It's reg creeping too, but it depends on the tension you have on the hammer spring. In your case the reg let pass a bit more air but your hammer tension is still good to open the valve completely letting all the air pass, and you will see a higher speed.

In my scenario the creep created too much pressure for the tension I currently have and the valve couldn't open completely so not all the air came out and that's why the first shot speed is slower. This is exactly what happens in a non regulated gun where the speed of the first few shots are below the sweet spot, to then drop again...

One observation when I increased the regulator pressure was that the accuracy increased tremendously, now.. I did multiple things, and one of those was to increase the pressure. I think before the tune I was having a more consistent shot string, but the accuracy was not close to what it's today. Maybe the increase in accuracy is due to me deburring the opening on the barrel?

Now I'm getting around 60 shots regulated at an average of (991 fps)... not bad at all considering the increase in power that I got, before I did anything I was having 80 shots at (936 fps) this with the 14.3gr CPHP.

I'll test the rifle a bit like it's but I might try and lower the reg pressure back to the factory set and test again.

IMO a huge problem to really fine tune is the inability to adjust the tension of the hammer spring in an easy way, like I can do on my Taipan for example.

I figured I update anyone interested in the Custom ATI Nova Liberty stocks. I made 3 styles. The Thumb hole, the Bantam style and the Sporter style (inspired by the RAW HM1000X) These are not perfect but rewarding to make.

Hi All, Just heard from Kee Keat. ATI will have many sets of replacement O-Rings available in 2 weeks.
Here is Kee Keat's communication to me.

Good day.
Just for your information, we have sent some replacement O-rings (Nova Liberty) to our Distributor (ATI). They should received in 2 weeks time.

We will continue looking into the poppet leaking issue. For now you can check with ATI, they should have the poppet spare parts in stock. This poppet in Nova Liberty is the same as Nova Freedom (PCP with built in pump).

Stephen that's super good news, I've got o rings ordered from the O Ring Store for my Freedom right now but some of them are on back order so it will be another 7 days before they get them. I'll try ordering poppets from ATI when someone else has been successful at getting them

I sure do like these guns, you're never going to get your bang for your buck like you will from these guns

Good news indeed, especially since i have three of the libertys. Having available parts will certainly make the purchase of these guns more attractive. ATI and especially Nova Vista are stepping up their customer service to levels which can only help them with sales and us with confidence that we can get essential parts when we need them. Assuming Kee Keat is from the Chinese source for these guns to ATI. I wonder if we should not mention the "no warranty" deal ATI put out? I can't help but think there is a reason they weren't listed on the website and we only found out about them through word of mouth. I wouldn't want to be the one to mess up a good thing.

I just went to the ATI site and couldn't find the poppets they supposedly have, maybe that's something we have to call about if we want one.

I talked to Tye several weeks ago and in the course of that conversation I suggested that ATI could add another profit center by offering bags of orings to fit the Nova Vistas. He said he thought it was a good idea and would look into it. Sure hope they follow through. It seems by Kee Keat's recent actions that they could and would provide orings to ATI. Individual efforts to size and obtain orings for the Nova Vistas have been a pain. Fuzzy Grub was a big help with some of them but it seems Nova Vista didn't folllow conventional sizing with cross section, etc. so lots of the ones he bought didn't fit. Thanks to everyone for their various contributions to help keep everyone shooting. Chet
