If I had a money or a spare Liberty to experiment with I'd try it. But I don't have this luxury.
It does make for interesting viewing and reading.

It makes a lot sense to do in the future but for some reason I’m having a hard time messing with too much at this point. My rifle shoots really good. Like really really good. I’m kind of asking myself now do you even want to open this thing back up and risk losing some accuracy. I don’t think I want to until after squirrel season ends in February. What types of groups have you guys been getting at 30-50yds and further? Just wanting to know bc right now the limiting factor is me. I stacked and I mean literally stacked 4 in the same hole at 50yds. I wasnt sure where I was hitting after the 3rd and fourth shot so I dialed 4 clicks right and saw  my 5th hit along the same elvation a little off to the right. I was shooting jsb 18.13 travelling about 940-950. This seems to be sweet spot for my barrel.

Frankie I agree that this gun is so amazing with just a small 1/4 turn on the reg and two shims on hammer. I just can't sleep until I figure out how it works and get just a little more power. I too put 3 pellets touching out of five at 109yards on Friday and the other two pellets just to the right taken by the wind.

I sent my Liberty back to American Tactical as it was leaking and they received it last week on Tuesday. I called today to find out what is going on with it and they told me they haven’t even looked at it yet. I find that to be unacceptable!!

 I asked when they might get to it and reminded Ty I wanted to pay for and exchange it for the wood stock version which Ty had said wouldn’t be a problem when I sent it back. Now it appears as if they just want to repair the gun they sent me vs replace it and I was told hopefully they can get to it this week. I am pretty disappointed with the after sales support. I hope I get a wood stock like I asked for and that I get a gun back soon. Really disappointed/frustrated right now.

No one likes waiting especially when it's a new toy, hopefully they will get to it sooner than later. At least a Liberty be it wood or synthetic is worth waiting for. I waited four months for the Fortitude to be released before finally giving up and canceling my order, after hearing the early reports and problems with them I was lucky I did. And the Dynamic DAR fiasco, they sent me three different rifles and all of them leaked, the problem was so bad that they recalled all the rifles. I am very happy with my Liberty and I believe you will be too, just sorry to hear you got a leaker. Be patient my friend it will work out soon.

 I will probably be a faster turn around than a Crosman exchange , hang in there. Glad you sent it in to bring it to their attention, me I would have not been able to wait a week or two, and would just fix it, but I'm picky like that< only I work on my vehicles etc. I have encountered too much shoddy workmanship on things that were fixed by others.

I received an e-mail from Jennifer yesterday stating that they just received a parts shipment for the Nova's. Lack of parts may be the reason for the delay.

That’s really good news they will have parts on hand for repairs. That makes this purchase a little sweeter for me. I may try to order an extra reg to play with.

I sent an email last night to ATI voicing my concerns and got a reply this morning. They said it takes 2-3 weeks for them to repair a gun once it comes in. So looks like I’ll have my gun back sometime after the first of the year if everything goes smoothly. They said nothing about waiting for parts to come in though.

Man it’s difficult to decide between the Nova Vista Liberty and the Artemis P15.. I like the form factor and the larger air reservoir of the P15 but barrel quality seems to be very hit and miss.. The Liberty is heavier and longer but most everyone raves about its accuracy..

At this point it will probably come down to who will probably offer the best service after the sale.
There is no doubt that Nova Liberty will have to go through some growing pains. Will those who already committed to the Liberty be willing to weather the storm and growing pains so they can catch up.

I bought a 177 synthetic and won’t be able to shoot it until April. What kind of groups pellets distance are you getting with the 177?

Ray- My .22 was shooting about 730 FPS on the high setting when I got it. I just degasssed and moved the regulator adjuster about 1/3 of turn counter clockwise. Brought the velocity up close to what others were stating.

I thought the Banker said to turn it "counter clockwise" in his video?

Does it make it a lot easier to adjust the regulator when it's degassed? I'm thinking of trying to turn it using a pick by not disassembling.

I haven’t tried with the gun aired up but I don’t think you can move the dial while the gun is under pressure. I could be wrong. Hasn’t been a big deal for me to degas though so I don’t worry about it.
