sweet! i thought the brass wheel functions only as the valve spring tention adjuster. as in left will loosen and right will tighten. inside the valve body, there are small belleville washers, you didnt touch those correct? because i thought the only way to adjust the reg is via those washers. i may be confused to how this regulator works.

I use it on my trigger screws too.
i thought yours is at 2600 by your video.
Stephen,Both my rifles have 24 washers. The stack pattern goes like this, starting at the muzzle end of the regulator: )((-)))))(-)(((()-((((()-()). The stack pattern can be seen on page 10 of the parts/assembly instructions download. I printed it off, but my eyesight isn't what it use to be, so a good magnifying glass helped, lol!Mike
I believe I put them back this wayz if there are 24 washers ((()))((()))((()))((()))

Below is the picture in the Excel file. To me, it looks like the stack is: )))((()))((()))((()))(((I assume the gaps have to have convex back to back, soo they have to switch directions in the stack of six. Thoughts? PS: The picture that is underneigth this, shows a different configuration
Ken how did you get the two stages in yours?
Nice to see you getting that kind of power. I wouldn't mind sending you some of my BBT .22 30 gr. to test, seems even swagged to .215 they fit too tight in my Liberty, for my stock power levels. Sooner or later I will dive into mine, once you eager enthusiast finish ironing out the wrinkles On the other hand they do fit perfect and shoot true and hit hard out of my XISCO Sentry.I'm not sure if they can be swagged down to my measurement of .2145, darn near a .20 cal. not that would be a bad thing. Other thought maybe I have a choked barrel, and it is on backwards
