Look what arrived. More than what I need. Just need to turn it down. Made the block up last night. Drilled the hole in the stock but didn't take a pic.
Exactly! I also received 4-40 set screws in a few lengths which I believe I can tap into the pin holes of the block with out increasing the id of the holes and allowing the stock pin to be used if factory HS guide/block is reused.

boys i opened her up to .217 valve and block ports with my custom made valve...i blew the power adjustment knob. that section was too thin. going to make it out of steel and test the velocity without increase in plenum. i can already guess a sonic crack will happen with cphp. before the valve mod. i was already hitting 1050fps with .185 ports. looks likes .217 is the mas without getting rid of the threads on top screw. .195 would be max if you guys plan to keep the oem power knob.
Some finding to report:My gun's regulator is set ~ 2050 psi (transfer port = 3/16") adjustable hammer spring set light (since it is adjustable I can only estimate the equivalence to stock stock with shims. Form experience My HS is set like stock.I did a shot string with Gamo Match diablo 15.43 grain(pellet is not good for anything except to test velocity). I filled the gun to 3900psi and shot down to 2000psi. I got 84 shots at 33FPE (15.43 grain @ 980FPS) The Regulator was a goofy for the first 3 shots then settled down. ES was 75 fps over the 84 shots but if I remove the first 3 and last 4 shots my ES was 18fps. The regulator was solid from 3750psi to 2050psi.Second finding, I increased the hammer spring tension to near max and this gun produced 49.57 FPE with a JSB Monster 25.39grain going 937FPS. HOLY COW!!! I did not do a shot string not to waste JSB Monster Pellets but I would guess I can get about 30 shots or more at that power. I'll do a shot string next time I go to the range.

The first string was shot with no tension on the HS (just like stock) with the only mods being opening up the transfer port to 3/16” and a higher reg pressure?
Sweet I’m going to have to open up the tp. I have been getting 80 shots with CPHP @ 850FPS from 3700-2000psi stock with no mods. If I can get around the same shot count with a little more power that’s awesome!
Mr. Thebanker. i am just wondering how do you find out the reg setting? by seeing the fps drop from regulated or getting a nanometer? i thought yours is at 2600 by your video. 80 consistant shots and max 49fpe. wow thats double shot count as mine and lots of power.
Ray, the only problem is that my hammer spring adjuster turns over time. Im not sure of the best way to keep it from moving. Any ideas please?
