That's weird too, as mine are boxed CPs and probably 2010 or so. They do shoot in other guns, but the Liberty doesn't seem to like them.

All you guys waiting, I ordered mine on Christmas day, and it took two weeks to arrive, which is understandable. I didn't receive any type of notification, it just showed up one day.

One of my mags malfunctioned, and basically isn't springloaded at all. Guess I will see if I can fix it.

Mine is able to shoot within 1 inch at 60 yards with the JSB 15.8s.

As to your mag, mine did the same and others have had the same problem. It’s the spring popping out of the hole in the bottom. I added a drop of glue to help mine stay in place. Seems to work so far. But an inexpensive and elegant solution is to use the Gauntlet mags which can be had on Amazon for cheap. They fit the breech nicely and work very well.

Thanks for letting me know, the waiting is killing me! About the pellets, I'm considering using the CPHP to break the rifle, it's a cheap pellet and my expectections are not the highest in regard to them grouping awesome. If they do, great, if not, I'll try H&N or AA to see.

I'll do a video (or multiple videos) about this gun, I think this is the gun I've been more excited about and it will cost me half of the cheapest one I've bought. Amazing!

Upon disassembly I noted that the regulator housing is not but-up against the rest of the block, with about a millimeter of space in between. I adjusted the regulator a bit (about half a turn) and now there is air leaking from that space between the regulator housing and the block. Have you encountered this? I cannot turn the regulator housing tighter as it does not align then.

I ordered mine last Thursday, it shipped yesterday (Monday) and I got two emails this morning (one from customer service and one automated email). I chose USPS Priority Mail and it should arrive tomorrow. Can't wait.

Hey Hannes, yes, I had a similar problem getting the regulator block to align just right after removing the regulator and then screwing it back in. It takes some patience but rescrew it in a little at a time till it aligns just right to the block. Use a rubber strap around the threads so as not to damage the threads.

My woody in .22 arrived this afternoon. First impression was very positive. You guys who are waiting for yours, I think you'll like what you see. Although it's been a week since I looked at that the Synrod, this seemed smaller and lighter (although someone said it's actually longer). I cleaned the bore with a couple wipes of Goo-Gone (citrus based) and then pulled dry patches until clean. My rifle's bore didn't seem as bad as what others described, but then again, maybe Goo-Gone wasn't strong enough to loosen the worst of the gook. I gave the bore a look and although I don't have a bore scope I think I see some unevenness between two of the lands towards the last 1/4 of the barrel. I can't be sure and I'll shoot it tomorrow to see how it performs and see if I can get a better look. Might need a more thorough cleaning.

I then pumped it up to 3,000 psi. My Benjamin pump started leaking at 2,000 psi, so I lost some pressure there. So I pulled out the $38 hand pump I recently bought. It made some weird noises and leaked some black-ish water, but I got it up to 3,000 psi. What a workout. I can cancel my gym membership. I can see that one of those low cost compressors is in my future...

I dry fired the rifle once, just to make sure it worked. Now I'll let it sit overnight, and if all goes well I'll scope it and take it to the range tomorrow.

I also has received mine, I haven't been able to do anything, I'll add air... thanks god I purchased the Nomad2 compressor, this is not a gun, is a tank. I think I can fill my other guns from this one if needed

First impressions:

Cleaning

ufff my barrel was dirty. I've been cleaning the barrel for more than an hour. I used ballistol, take a look at the patches. When it was looking clean, I used another wet patch and the next dry patch was coming super dirty again... what a workout.

Check the last 6 patches, how it looks like the barrel is clean and then I'm using another wet patch and that thing came out black again. As you can see I give up at the end, I'm considering it is clean enough, I'll shoot a heck out of it and then soon I'll do another clean session.

Mags
By moving the mags, the spring did something funky that both of then lost their tension. I've seen this happening to bunch of people, I'll read what the solution was and see if I can fix them.

Backyard Friendliy?

Yess, I think this is quieter than my TX200. I don't think I'll do anything to it.

Trigger

I see how I can be playing with this to improve it a bit. I don't see a first stage. It's solid but brake really nice without any trigger creep. Firm but crisp

Weight
The rifle is super light and handle really comfortable. This might change when I add the scope to it.

Stock
I really like the wood stock over the synthetic. It looks better IMO, I think it's worth the extra 30$ I see some imperfections on the stock but this is minimum. I like the cheek piece a lot, it reminds me my TX200 but ambidextrous

Overall
This rifle is a home run! I still need to see shot count & power out of the box without doing any modifications just yet....

Minimize the barrel cleaning time I use brake clean desolves the heavy grease with patches😎👍🏾

Can I use Hoppes No 9 bore cleaner? That's what I use on my PB's and is all I have on hand.
