Need to adjust the regulator now and should be good.

The end of the spring on both ends were already milled flat. Good idea with using thin flat washer so the spring doesn't ride on plastic hammer guide.

Interesting... I’m not sure it’s def weird some guns don’t have the 3 washers on the hammer spring. What velocity was your gun shooting before you installed the the new washers.

Frankie= I just checked my .177 & .22 and they both had the washers on the spring guide. The parts diagram doesn't show any washers on the guide so maybe there's a revised diagram out? I wonder if the build date tells us anything? The dates are on the air cylinder at the front. Both of my guns have a build dates are 5/18.

Since I'm still experimenting with different pellets I don't have a fixed FPS but depending on the pellet FPS went up by 80.
ES(Extreme Spread) went up on some, lighter pellets, but heaver pellet went down.
Since I tend to shoot mostly heaver pellets and have never used the lower power setting this was all a win win.

Is the build date pretty obvious or does one needs something like the "Enigma Machine" to figure it out

Matt= On both of my guns the serial number & build date are printed in white on the outside of the air cylinder by the fill port. Can't miss them!

Can anyone tell me the thread size on the fill probe? I can't seem to find it mentioned. My hose is 1/8 foster female so I need a male fitting with the correct thread. Thanks in advance.

Ok, Thank you. So nothing extra needed for the with the probe. As for the mags, I have Marauder and Gauntlet both so I'll watch out for problems there. Gotta take advantage of that SANTA20 coupon, lol.

Hoping to finally get back out in the woods tomorrow morning. Escape the honey do’s before my wife thinks about giving them to me. My gun is shooting much better then my last trip out with it. Hopefully I can score something for a nice dish on Christmas. I have been wondering about the poi shifts ppl have reported from the shroud. Has anyone found out the exact cause of those issues? I usually rest my gun barrel on a branch or limb maybe a shooting stick when I decide to tote one. I haven’t had any issues as of yet just would like to know if I need to take special care of having any pressure on the shroud.

Also, I got myself in a bit of a jam and need some help. I was going to remove the hammer spring to add a couple washers and removed the wrong pin by mistake (don't ask, just a dumb move on my part). Something shifted as I removed it and now I can' get it back where it belongs. I believe the silver part inside the hammer spring hole (probably the shear) shifted, but I can't seem to get it aligned where it should be to get the pin back in. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The tension on the 1st mag I tried seems low, on the third pellet I jamed the probe into the plastic as It had not cycled into alignment. The Umarex mags which I seldom used as that beefy gauntlet I shoot single shot from a bench have been flawless for the 1st 200 pellets.

The spring block is *not* reversable, it has an orientation I assume its not the pin alignment but the depth from your note?

I suspect the pin I removed is the pivot pin for the sear, but I'm having a heck of a time getting it realigned. I have not removed or moved anything else, but without being to replace that pin in the hole on the sear, the gun is inoperable. Just real tight quarters and I'm afraid to take it apart any further and have more parts come loose and get misaligned. It's frustrating when ya just can'r get it back together!

I am about to order a Nova Vista Liberty from ATI. I've missed the conversation regarding its magazine - does the stock magazine have issues and if so what is the replacement mag to order? Thanks.

Paul- my first time tearing down the rifle the same thing happened. I had to remove the entire trigger block to fix. It’ll save you a head ache if you just go that route. Not much to lose once you tap the pins out of the trigger block. The entire blade will come out and reveal a small hex mounting the trigger housing to the action. It’s pretty simple design.

Gauntlet magazines works as well as marauder mags. ATI sells extras though I believe.
