Greg- If your fix doesn't hold up i would call american tactical & i am sure they would send you a couple of new mags under warranty.

I already sent one in last week. Jennifer was very prompt in getting me an RMA and a FedEx return label. Top notch service.

I looked again and found a few videos on the Marauder mag fix. Thanks for the heads up. Guess I didn’t search correctly last time.

By its looks and features, this looks to be an SPA product.  The SPA-900W became the Diana Stormrider, and this looks just like a model produced by SPA under the Artemis brand.

This is not a SPA/Artemis gun. Made by Nova Vista but they are a Chinese maker as well. But having had SPA and these, the SPA got nothing on them. These are very nice guns especially for the money

Yes but unfortunately Nova prefer delivering to USA for now and I have awaiting for moment when  switch to the EU  which will be probably only after  USA stop all imports from China.

Nova Vista is located in Macau China. If you go to wikipedia & search  for Macau it is an interesting read. They are part of china but they also are not.  Totally  separate political & economic system apart from china. I did not know they are also the gambling capital of the world! China gets to take full control of them in 2049! That should put a quick end to any prosperity they now enjoy.

Nova Vista produced this gun in its Macau manufacturing facility, American Tactical has the rights to the US Market, I know as I tried to get the rights, however American Tactical got the rights first, I have had discussions with the their management and there is no relation to SPA (Snowpeak)...American Tactical have branded the gun the Liberty, however it is known as the Alpha by the manufacturer...

I agree Michael. While i have only been shooting pcp's for 3 yrs , you can see the way things are heading. We now have regulated, accurate, side lever rifles for $300.00. We also have compressors that we can take with us & just hook up to your battery. It's a good time to be an airgunner! After all, the better the prices are the more people will get into the sport & that's good for everyone.

I opologize if someone has already asked this and I missed it but does the Marauder magazine fit the Nova Rifle? I know they look and work the same but are they interchangeable? I plan to get one after the first of Jan. but would not buy extra mags if my Marauder ones will fit. Has anyone tried it that has one?

I just ordered a Liberty and I have both the Marauder and Gauntlet magazines, so once I get it I'll see if they fit.  I recall someone saying the Marauder mags fit kinda tight, which is the same they fit in the Gauntlet, so the the Gauntlet mags may fit it perfectly.

I say get the wood. More solid, imho. More stable too, probably.

Absolutely, unless you plan to drag it through the mud, get the wood stock.  The phrase plastic fantastic is used in a self-deprecating way for good reason.

Just ordered the synthetic in .22 as a spare parts gun for my wood stock .22. At $229 I just couldn't justify not doing it.

Now I've got a rifle to fully dissasembe, take measurements on, and modify, without having to worry about mucking something up that leaves me with a useless rifle.  Even if parts were to become available, buying every single part to build an entire rifle would cost at least twice what a complete rifle would set me back, not to mention I probably still couldn't get a barrel if parts had to be ordered from China. Plus, I get two extra mags outta the deal.

I bought the synthetic simply due to the fact that it was $30.00 cheaper to start with, and the stock will never be used. So I think it was a wise move.
