Any US importers carrying this gun?

I got my .177 last night at 630 but had people coming at 645 so had no time to shoot until after. So at 1015 I went and got it roughly sighted in and accuracy seems very good. Trigger is on the heavier side but will deal with that also. Very very crisp though. I'm working on cleaning the barrel (very dirty) and the trigger today and should shoot some groups later.

It’s amazinh how crisp that trigger is though right? If we can adjust them down I don’t see how you could get much better as far as the break goes!!

Agree 100%- I'm hopeing that when  Dillon gets time he can figure out how to remove the stock? I have now been told twice by american tactical that they have the synthetic rifle right in front of them & once they get it apart they will let me know! Been waiting for a week for an answer!!!

I should have some time between now and Sunday to figure that out if not I'll have 4+hrs Sunday morning to get it out of the stock lol

Sounds good. Hope you don't have to resort to physical violence. Ha Ha. Dillon i even e-mailed Nova directly and never got a response. What's the big deal about removing the stock from the action that no one can give me an answer??

Yeah they never answered my emails I sent and my rifle sat there for a week before they shipped. I’m not sure what’s going on there but seems like they may be short staffed. I don’t like talking negatively because I’m unsure of the situation they are in. The Retail sales industry can be very tough.

Dillion I hope you can get that stock off. Pat has been dying for a week to get that thing off 🤭. I really would like to know if it’s possible to adjust regulator pressure and how. I was thinking of going to a huma if possible but the gun shoots so well I don’t think I’d do that now.

I'm waiting for the outcome of this stock removal issue and the trigger adjustment verdict before I take the plunge!  If the synthetic stock proves to be too difficult to remove, I may just bite the extra cost and go with the wood stock! 

I guess I should ask the question:  Does anyone have one with a wood stock, and is it easier to remove?

I have wood stock haven’t tried to remove anything so far. Doesn’t seem like anything extra is holding it in place on the wood version though.

That's definitely good to know.  I guess I'll wait and see what the removal of the synthetic stock entails before I decide.  I'm hoping AT may have a sale for Veteran's Day also...

Paul I don't think the stock removal will be difficult, it's just a matter of knowing what to do. These rifles have a screw on the bottom of the stock that with a 1/4 turn will degas the gun. Can't get much easier. But i don't want  to force anything or remove the cylinder until i know more . The nova vista web site says it's a cutting-edge synthetic stock. Whatever that means. Also the video shows the wood stock version  coming apart as a normal rifle would. It's just to bad i can't get an answer to a simple question!!!

Just talked to AT and they still have no answer about removing the stock on the synthetic liberty. Did say that the freedom stock is no-removable. (Of course can be done but not without breaking something). I am going to wait until they give an answer before I buy. I am leaning heavily towards the wood. Just because I like it tinker.

Well I decided to play with it a bit to try to get it off. So let's just say this is a complicated stock to get off. I didn't get it all the way off though. What I was able to do was get the front pieces off (yes they are 2 halves that go together) but the part by the trigger looks complicated and couldn't figure it out. I'm not getting it off without messing up the stock. I'm assuming the wood will be easy to take off but not the synthetic. Oh well. Mine seems to love AA 10.3gr on both high and low. Crosman 10.5gr were 2nd place. Being I scoped it mainly just to get an idea on accuracy I do plan on shooting it open sights to take place of a open sight springer. It's going to be a plinker/pester for me.

The high/low power adjuster? It's just a transfer port reducer.

Dillon- thank's for trying.  I think james was asking about the brass screw on the front of the receiver under the shroud & above the cylinder. That guy talked about it in the video but i couldn't understand..  I never thought it was a 2 piece stock. Now if you have to send the gun back under warranty for a problem they must know how to remove the action for repair. Only reason i could think of would be it must save them money somehow when assembling. Very Strange!!

No problem Pat, I did my best but just can't figure out the back half. The front part is 2 separate pieces that are held together by the screws that go in sideways into the stock, and the front swivel stud. The degasser screw stays as is. There's a little plug like looking circle by the trigger pack and I think under there is a screw to remove the stock from the action along with the one behind the trigger pack.

The brass adjuster I think has to be played with with the airtube degassed and removed. I'm not quite sure what it does.

Yes i noticed the plug covers on the stock too. Their has to be screws under there. I was going to try prying with a jewelers screwdriver but didn't want to bugger up the stock. Have you ever taken your tv remote apart? Anything made with plastic can be a real pain to seperate. I used a butter knife on my remote & it worked but did leave a few marks. There must be a special tool for separating plastic. Lets see what youtube has to say?

I got it!!!! FINALLY. After dillon said it was 2 pieces i took another look. So the forearm is 2 halves held by the front swivel stud & 2 allen screws on the side of stock. When i spread them apart it felt like i was going to break some tabs but i got both sides off without anything breaking. Did i mention i hate taking plastic apart!! Anyway right in front of the trigger guard there is a rectangular cut out with a circle in the middle. I used a jewelers screwdriver & drove it in at the seam of the circle. It a long plug with an allen bolt under it. Unscrewing that just takes the rectangular piece off. Then you will see another allen bolt going right into the action. Remove that & the buttstock comes off. This setup looks like a lot more work then if they just used a regular stock with a drop in action, but they must have their reasons. So know we know how to get the stock off. Now if someone wants to dig in the trigger & let me know what to do i would appreciate it. I am not familiar with working on triggers so i will leave that up to you guys. It looks like 2 allen screws & the trigger group  drops out of a housing. I would like to get my trigger down to 1 lb or less. BTW i am leaving the plug out as it serves no purpose except to cover the screw hole.

Quick Update- The allen bolts on the trigger are the adjustment screws- I must have had a brain fart! The safety is held on with a phillips screw & there are 4 pins that must be drifted out to pull out the trigger.
