Can you remove the front sight? Sure sticks up in the air and would be a limb catcher I'd think.

Yes loosen set screw and it slips right off.

Yeah I left it on just bc it doesn’t interfere with my sight picture looking through my scope. If it becomes a issue it will be coming off that is for sure.

How does the physical size of the Liberty compare to the Diana Outlaw or Brocock Bantam?
I remember the first time I had a Stormrider in my hands, I nearly dismissed it as a Jr size model before I read a contest report that said the trigger to grip length is almost full size.

I agree- The outlaw & liberty could be brothers. Don't know if it matters but i get 131/2 in. from end of pad to trigger on the outlaw & 14 in. for the nova. The brocock being a semi bullpup is 141/2.

I have not found out in it any info about adjusting output air pressure but is there written that you need to refill when air pressure at reservoir is equal 100bar. Therefore I perhaps that output air pressure is set to 90-95 bar. I am not sure if I understood right the video but I am thinging that they mentioned some possibility of air pressure adjusting via some screw locating between barrel shroud and air reservoir.

Am I wrong ?

Thanks Mike- Somehow technology past me by. I don't have a smartphone or pc. I have a chromebook that is fast & does all i need. I am waiting to hear back from american tactical on how i can remove my liberty action from the stock but i too would like to know what that brass screw between the barrel & cylinder is for? Maybe someone with a smartphone could translate.

Pat, I don’t speak Hindi but now days it is kind of like Spanglish ( Caribbean Spanish/English). Hindi mixed with English. From watching the video he repeats “regulator adjustment “.
I have never seen a set up like this and don’t see how turning the screw between the schroud and barrel could adjust the regulator he shows earlier. Maybe adjusts air flow or spring tension?
I am leaving the country for two months so I have not bought one yet but am definitely getting one when I get home. I will be watching this thread. If you decide to turn the screw and find out what happens. Please post the results. Good luck and stay safe.

Would be even better if you didn't need to worry about getting parts! Like, having an air rifle that worked reliably and didn't need to have parts replaced! LOL!

Thank's James- Hopefully when you get back their will be a lot more answers than questions on the liberty. As of now i am very happy with it. The accuracy is great & shot count is very impressive. As i just target shoot i have set all my triggers at 1 lb or less so squeezing the 3 Lb 13 oz nova trigger just doesn't cut it. It reminds me of shooting one of my hatsans with their automatic safety's. I get all set to pull the trigger and then find the safety is on. If i was a hunter i'm sure i would have disconnected them from day one. The reg on mine is very consistent compared to my m16 & p15. Could the nova liberty be improved? Absolutely, but it will have to be done by more experienced hands then mine. Anyway's safe travels.
