What airgun related did you do today?

Sold the .177 Gauntlet today and ended up trading the .177 Buc in Black for a Sentry 9T .25.  Good deals were had by all.
Now I think I might finally have something that will shoot all these .25 slugs I have on hand.

Congrats on that slug shooter Bill!  I know Wayne swears by his Sentry and has the hunting videos to back it up!  Seems like a great gun for the money!

Yeah, I slipped out into the red Shed and put a scope on it and shot a couple mags of pellets just to check it out. Tomorrow I will spend some quality time with it and see what we got. Hopefully we won't get a whole lot of rain.
So far I did notice smooth cocking and the trigger is good. The mag is a bit wonky but I'll figure that out. I'll end up buying more mags anyways. I like to match the number of mags with the shots per fill.
It's a loud gun but that don't bother me at all... we shoot alot louder guns around here...

Finished scope swapping.  Confirmed the 30 cal is close and on reduced power did not penetrate my scatter shield/plate in the rear of my DIY pellet trap.  While sighting in the 30cal a squirrel sauntered along the fence pausing in front of my neighbor's second story window.  Self control sure takes discipline :-)
The Gamo Wildcat went back to the Winchester 2-7XAO with cross hairs...Got the GTO predators to a nickle size group standing with a monopole at 10M.  At 17+ fpe looks like I have a squirrel gun for sure.
Broke out the Beeman P17 to plink and after about 10 shots noticed the pin for the main piston had moved almost out.  Pushed it it and the piston is now leaking air...Might be the end of pumpers for me and the straw to send me over to the dark PCP side.  The Beeman is going back (again) to Pyramid this time for a refund...

 I was able to get my open sights sorted out on my .25 Jet1. Then thought I may have to buy another air rifle, as I had an extra quality scope laying around, more on that later.
 I have a Safe Pack to install on my , Diana Chaser, got that done in short time, but fiddled with the new ergonomics for some time, but have things sorted out for the most part.
 Now for the extra scope issue, solved that, my HPA Fusion 2 was wearing a 4x32 duplex scope  can't have that, now wearing a Zvbony 3-9 AO Mildot 
 More will be posted in their perspective threads with pics when the phone recharges.

I hear ya Wayne... I dropped 2 guns yesterday and picked up one. Kept the scopes from both so now I am up one good scope. I'm sure I'll do some scope swapping and find it a good home.

Went to my Friends place up in Omaha Tx to celebrate his birthday (61) and did an afternoon of shooting both airguns and powder burners, I gave him his B-day present, a Used Primo's bipod trigger stick I had sitting in the closet, he loved it, going to a good home, well I re-sighted in the Texan .457, wow it was way off after the ride from Ca, got it to do 3" groups at 100 yards with 165 grain slugs, also shot the Shin Sung fire 9mm, it was way off too, got it dialed to 1/2" groups at 50 yards with JSB .35 cal pellets, I also test fired my new to me Savage Axis .308, still have to sight in the scope, shoulder still soar from Arthritis, my friend dialed in his Ruger SR762 .308 cal, I gave him a Monstrum 3-9x40 tactical scope that we mounted on it, first shot on Paper, amazing.... it doesn't like the ammo he was shooting, PMC's, very large 6" groups, but it was good enough for basic sighting in, I'll set him up with some better ammo I have at home, it was a good day, chased a chicken that got loose from the pen, it wouldn't get out of the work shop, smart bird, it's safe from the Hawks in there....

Refilled my PCPs and bottle this morning. I might do some shooting this afternoon after I do some work on my chicken aviary. One of these days I need to cast some more 45 cal HP BBTs for the Challenger, I'm down to a dozen or so.

I'm surprised you had bad results. What's the diameter on the NSA (I'm assuming you meant to say) 240g? Maybe the NOE BBTs would benefit from sizing.

I had to return my new Crosman 2240xl today.  Just got it and put in it's first CO2 cartridge and pussssssssssssss went the gun.  The second did the same thing:(  So it going back for an exchange.   Not a big deal as I have others to shoot.  Charles

I felt the urge to tinker (if you know what I mean).  For some reason I pulled out an old Marksman Repeater which has to be one of the most horrible pellet slingers of all time.   I dumped quite of few drops of not-so-secret sauce into any opening I could see.   Well I'll be gosh darned, the BB velocity skyrocketed.  Tiny insects  BEWARE.   Never mind, the accuracy is still sub par.

I swapped the red dot from my Bandito to the Stormrider and then put a new red dot on the Bandito. The new sight is a bit bright, but it should get better as the battery drains. I am going to order the fixed AR buffer tube. The folder is nice, but there's too much play in the rear pic rail attachment.
