Made a template for a dope disk so I can make my own. This matches the reticle on my scope. I just print one out for the pellets, I am using at the time. They fit into my Vortex cap nicely.

I tested FPS of a bunch of Daisy 880's I have accumulated, separating into two groups: good and needing repair.
I cleaned and resealed 3 and tore down 1 more, mostly oleer styles with the top-hat abutment seal.

Received some parts from Crosman and an 880 parts gun from the "bay"

Negotiated price and purchased a Phale 1 Crosman Magnum 2200.

That's about it............

Yesterday was GTA day! I spent most of yesterday waiting on UPS and reading posts on GTA. I also reached 1000 post's yesterday! My adapter piece came after 8pm last night. Its on the rifle but needs to be dialed in so that's what I'll be doing today for starters.

but this air rifle looks and sounds nice. Is the barrel rifled ? How accurate is it ? How many strokes does it need to reach its maximum power and what actually is that power?
Your impulse makes me greedy though we might have to wait for years before seing this rifle landing in Europe.

Oh I know the pain Skeets! I sat around ALL day yesterday waiting for UPS to deliver a different dovetail to picatinny rail so I could remount a scope. Well it showed up at 8 o'clock last night and needless to say it got mounted but all the dialing in happened today.

received a brand new Hawke vantage 6-24x44 side focus scope to replace the 5 year old varmint 6-24x44 i sent it for warranty 12 days ago and i've already but it on my .25 gauntlet . ordered a pair of Hawke high mounts because the vantage is several inches longer than the bushnell AR and if i move it back far enough for the bell to not touch the barrel band AND have room to put on the scope covers it's too close for a comfortable eye relief for me . was using weaver mediums ...... . and Mrs. clause sent out a money order for a killer deal on a caldwell G2 chrony from a GTA member

Rebuilt two Crosman 1720 pistols, one marauder rifle and an HW-50 tuning. Busy day in the shop overall and nothing fun done.

Pested 3 tree rats. 2 of them from the same branch. Dropped the first and almost before I could pull the side lever to cock and load another pellet, the second one was sitting in the exact same spot!

The third one was in another tree.

All were head shots and DRT @ 25 yards, Nova Freedom .177 ~730fps/~12fpe with CPUM 10.5.

I go long periods without any action and then BAM!

Yesterday I got one at 55 yards! The shot went a little bit low, but still DRT! Same gun and specs.

I have been shooting my .25 offhand at one of those quad resettable spinners I have set out at a lasered 50 yards from my open back door. There is a large pellet trap behind it to reclaim any lead I can. I can pin targets to the trap also. These will be setup through the winter months so I can still shoot when the white stuff falls. I got a bit of a coon problem with six of them hanging around most nights per a trail cam I have setup. They like my three grills up on my deck.

I also ordered a bunch of parts from Crosman today for my Synrods.
