Thanks Dinh! Its been a real work in progress. And an excellent opportunity to practice patience! It should be a real performer, I've never heard a single bad thing about Jim's barrels. That's where the Kentucky part comes into play! I fell deep into the rabbit hole on this one and my armada too.

I bought a "new-to-me" Rifle yesterday... from cherokeesteve.      It is in shipment at this moment.  I am looking forward to this one.  It should make a real backwoods hunter.

Went to my friends house to check the Gun I sold him. As suspected it was the nut connected to the trigger.
 
Now. A deer crossing sign at 45 yards. He shoots and misses with a .22 I brought.
I shoot. CLANG!
He shoots and misses.
I shoot. CLANG! 
Frustrated he brings out the Gun I sold him, shoots, and misses.
I shoot and miss. I aim at the top of the sign and shoot again. CLANG! OK. Scope is way off.
After a few minutes instructing him he shoots again. CLANG!
He tries the .22 again. CLANG!
He's happy now and mentions shooting the ground hogs around his place.
Now it was a .177 I sold him so I told him "Let me show you something" and pull out the 135 .25
Handed it to him and told him to shoot the sign. CLANG!!
He was stunned at the dents left in the sign when We walked out and checked them.
The grin on his face showed me I had a sale.

I took the .177 and $100 for the 135 and told him where to order the H&N's it likes best. Also left him half a tin of pellets.

Early this morning I straightened out the barrel on the Benji Titan NP .22

Afterwards it was shooting pretty good so I though I would try some 50 foot match practice. Thing is though it is pretty windy, then calm, then windy, but mostly windy

Best score so far today was 172 with no X's.

Here is my target box / pellet trap. If you look closely you can see my windometer (a piece of yarn with a strip of papper taped to its end). In this picture it was a rare calm moment.

This is what it looked like most of the time, sometimes the windometer was out horizontally! Sometimes blowing towards me, other times left to right, then right to left 

Oh well maybe tomorrow. At least the gun is shooting good again! Me, meh not so much

Tried to zero the rebel yet again.... Started to down pour, and my scope fog up. Because its about 10 degrees C in the basement, and about 18 upstairs. It's like taking a gun from AC and taking it, outside in the hot sun. I was able to get 5 rds off, before my target got beyond saturated.

At least less wind. But the gun still shooting right at 20.

I received the Hatsan 25cal 125 TH today, that I bought from cherokeesteve. The rifle was in great shape and shoots great.  I was out shooting it in the back yard...to get the feel of it ....NICE Gun !

Found some plans online and built a gun rack. Now this rack is not exactly how it was planed out I did change it some to suit my needs. I took the 6 gun plans didn't cut the 6th gun slot and put a shelf in instead to hold stuffs like my pistols and pellets. I used 1x4 and 1x8 to build it sanded it not really concerned with finishing it I kinda like how pine takes on a warm color as it ages without finish on it. If I do finish it all I will use is some tung oil or the likes. I plan on building a pistol rack to. Thinking about it now if I thought past my nose I would have integrated it into this rack still can really but hindsight.

Looks good. That's the kind of thing that brings a little variety into the air gun experience. It's not always just about slinging lead downrange. I've built a few myself.

I spent some more time with the Titan today, got the barrel straight, finally go the dang trigger to where I like it. It's shooting great now big difference!

Shot the 50 foot match with a score of 186, before I was lucky to get 170! The only thing holding me back is mostly to remember the light shouldering and cheek plant with a full view of the reticle. The Titan is really picky about that. Getting it 'right' for 24 shots is quite a challenge for me.

Took my marauder outside and shot 4 mags at 28 yards. Not too bad for a fresh barrel. The pics are 2nd, 3rd, and 4th mag. I used the first to sight it in. There was a little drop in the POI by the 4th magazine but it still seemed really consistent. That flyer was all me lol.

I used a bunch of pellets in different weights making the plots below figuring out my new AT44 0.22 short QE (my first PCP).
Searching for the best POI precision, muzzle energy and efficiency.  There is a lot to tuning these PCPs.

All rifles and pistols accounted for after turning the house inside out. The 2 pistols I was looking for were right where I put them, don't it figure. Anyway, I have one pistol on the way and it ended up in Alaska, it's coming USPS. It was suppose to be here yesterday. Just have to wait a few more days in agony. Oh, as for the house, now I have to clean up that mess that I made looking for the pistols.

Finally some decent weather to start breaking in the new Hatsan AirTact .25 and get some baseline numbers over the chrony before I decide whether to tinker or not.

10 shot strings with JSB 25.39 averaged 588, with Vortex 19.91 averaged 674 and with the H&N Crow Magnums averaged 581. Not bad at all and better numbers than any of my Edges got new out of the box, so I may just leave it alone, scope it and have some fun

Now to decide which of 8 different scopes I have sitting here...lol
