What airgun related did you do today?

Stripped the paint off my table that I used to shoot. I used it one day to spray paint something. The paint was a matte paint, so everytime I rested something on the table. It would transfer paint. Then I glued on a rubberized mat. So nothing slides off.

Nothing yet. Plan is to go down to the shop and strip the front plastics off the 600 Yammy 4 wheeler. Get it ready to replace the exhaust gasket (silencer) that will arrive tomorrow.
Tinkering in the shop always leads to air gun stuff because I keep a few guns out there along with lots and lots of pieces/parts.

Banged on an 8 oz soda can I got out on a zip line at 15 yards with my Beeman P3 this AM, Hit It 12 out of 12.
Middle of the can is all blown out with a few shots buzzing right through the hole with no can bounce, I need a new target.

My Benjamin NP2 Black Lightening is still refusing to work with me, at about 400 shots now and doing 4 inch groups at 15 yards.
a 5 shot group shows two wild flyers all to the right. Groups at 200 shots were 8 to 10 inches all flyers were to the right.
My blood pressure goes up when I put two shots through one ragged hole then I get two wild flyers..

When frustration gets to me I stop and shoot a half Inch group of three with my Beeman R-10 springer with open sights..

Starting to think the Benjamin Is junk..

Still miss my Daisy 880 that died while still smelling new.

The R-10 and the P3 are pretty much perfection to me.

I have two NP2s, and they shoot great! If you're certain its not the scope and/or rings, you should contact Crosman. They should be able to do right by you.

Rebuilt three of my four backstops. I make them out of treated 2x10x16 in. doubled up, with 2x4 x 10 in. legs screwed to the bottom so they lean back about 5 degrees. The .25 cal will punch right thru jus one 2x10 so I had to double them up. I only have to change the front 2x 10's out when I rebuild them. Cut to size, remove the 4 deck screws from the old ones and screw the new ones on.
Going to have to work on a way to catch all the lead though. It gets messy when changing out the front 2x10's.

     I changed my 2250 back to the 24" barrel it came with. Put a holographic sight on it and sighted it back in. It's CO2 weather where I live and time to have some fun.

Started shooting around 8:30 AM today trying to beat the wind arriving when the temperature heats up here in coastal South Carolina. Shot my Umarex Gauntlet and Crosman Shockwave today, both in 177. Shoot most of my springers at 30 yards but the pcps and HW97 at 40 yards and beyond.

I finished making an adapter to let me hook up a air source to my hand pump. I've got a small compressor with a load of desiccant in it, which once it sits a little with a full tank would be better air for the BSA R10 than the air I'm breathing, i.e. less moisture. Theoretically, I could hook up any tank regulated down to about 15 PSI or less too.

A little thrifty repair work on a cheap broken Swiss Arms TG-1 I received yesterday. That involved using my updated air rifle spring compressor. I practiced with my HW97K for the Cajun FT match coming up at the end of this month.  Then I wasn't bored, so I got out 5 of my Sheridans and shot all of them.  I must say that the Supergrade is my favorite Sheridan.

Shot some 18 grain JSB pellets in my At44 with the chronograph after work today.  Ran out of light about half way through the string.

I just started up my F10 Shoebox to top off my SCBA, it was down under 250bar so I figured it was time, I did do some plinking with my favorite Crosman 150 earlier until the co2 ran out, 80 shots in that target, I just put another target up and I'm going to start with five shots at that soon

Ordered some gun skin vinyl for the armada at gunskins.com. I've been looking and contemplating it for about 3 weeks now and I removed all the furniture off it yesterday to really, really look at it. It's crazy how much weight all that plastic added. I should be interesting. I'll post some pics when its done. If anyone has any tips feel free to pm me please. I will probably research the installation process 100 times before I actually get it and then I'm sure I'll read whatever literature that comes with it probably something like 10 times before I even begin lol!
