LOL... I love that when they call to let you know your power has been restored. I often wonder why they don't call to let you know that it went off?

At least you got your notice of power restoration the same day it came back on.

I got one the next day notifying me of the restored power and thanking me for
my patience.

We don’t get notices unless the utility company is planning to work on the lines. Nothing for what Mother Nature caused, or a drunk driver, or a bird.

I am grateful that we do get notices about upcoming water line work that might result in low pressure.

Silviculture, the growing of trees for agricultural purposes is the chief industry in this part of the world.  Millions of acres of plantation Pines, canopy roads are extremely popular here, and the Capitol is a city of trees.

It’s a lineman’s nightmare. Power outages and brownouts are weekly occurrences.  There’s a thunderstorm EVERYDAY in the summer time.  So far this summer I have cleared a dozen fallen trees at work. Three of these had knocked out the power to the park. 

I moved my big pellet trap from out of doors to inside the shed.  Most of my shooting is indoors this summer.

I’ve really been itching to get something new airgun related.  Thing is, is what?  I pretty much am saturated with way more than I need.  I just like trying new things I guess?

I installed a new AA Factory kit.
Loc-TITE on the piston rod.
It won’t cock.
Motörhead will look at it soon.

I worked on adapting a TKO LDC to one of my 1400’s some this morning and then I decided to add some faux carbon fiber tape to the BuckRail LDC on my C362.  The TKO on the 1400 still needs some tweaking but the CF tape looks good.

Don’t think so.
Old spring was doing it first (not cocking).
Bear trap was very difficult to use.
Installed a complete AA rebuild kit.
Old spring was 1.5” shorter.
I even changed the trigger group with a known good one (I have three).
It is a puzzlement.

I put some more hooks up on the pegboard wall of the shed.  I hung my collection of CO2 pistols and an assortment of blister packed pellet tins above my work bench.

I buried two rats, today.

Last night I fired exactly two shots out of my accurized B1 with red light and scope.

I brought 3 guns in from the shop that I deemed they had been out there long enough. They will go back into their respective in house locations and others will get cycled to replace them in the shop cabinet.

Spent some time figuring out the size of the Oring that seals the bottle to the impact when installed. It's 9.3x2.4 90 duro for those who might want to know.

I can hardly believe it.. I actually have air gun related stuff to do today. Or should I say that I finally have time to do airgun related stuff today.
I have one that shows out for delivery that I am going to fix for another member and I have a chopper break barrel that will get a new paint job. This one will ride on the Rancher ATV while the other one I have rides on the Kodiak.
I also topped off my 2k tether tank with Big Red this morning.
I gotta say, even with the a/c and 2 fans running in the shop, I'm sweating my head off already.

Thought some more about ordering a new toy accessory. Chronograph? Adjustable height shooting rest? A pistol-oriented fanny pack? All of them are likely acquisitions; it’s only a matter of when and in what order.

Meanwhile, I dither and put off the decisions.

The Notos is in pieces again.  Once I get the rectangular valve block off it goes in the vice under the drill press to be "ported" from less than 3mm to something greater than 4mm....I will post new chrono once reassembled...
