Yes, not going to order from them, just wanted to show how it looks, i imagine pulling the trigger on it is like if you jump of a cliff away from an erupting volcano with your mouth full of worms and you squeeze the liquid out of elephantpoo over your mouth, you know, in Bear Grylls style....

It will give you at least 2 days of tear down, deburr, polish, clean and degrease. Then relube and re assemble. Just shoot it over the chrony before all the TLC then again after. You will be amazed at the difference I did that with the Gamo Swarm and picked up a few FPS also getting tighter groups at 25 yards vs before the TLC. All of that without even installing the CDT 4G trigger that I will order and install shortly

Just replaced the spring in my browning x-blade without any trouble so i will get out tomorrow and check the chrony numbers and see if she still likes the Jsb 10.34gr

Did a preliminary set of chrony data for several heavy pellets (9.3 through 16.3 grain) in the BSA R10. My plan is to tune that to throw heavy pellets in the low 900's FPS instead of the 700's and 800's so I can go after the longer range woodchucks with more thumping power. Of course, that will entail some target shooting to decide which ones have the accuracy to do the job, then we'll tune a little more closely.

While I have the R10 open, I'll also have a look at the hammer. I'd like to see if I can do something about the hammer bounce, but I'm not wanting to go the typical "blast tamer" route.

Low humidity here so I started laying coats of paint on the stock... but it's cold. So I reverted to my motorcycle rebuilding days...
Lay a coat in the garage and run into the house with the heater on high in the "Mens room" shower stall to cure, then in 10-15 minutes repeat..
Momma ain't gonna be happy cuz of the fumes but you think she would be used to it by now. I have restored 5 bikes this way

I shot my Silver Streak today while I was fixing my 1968 Gilson Snow Blower. I would work on it for a while then take a break and shoot the Silver Streak for a while. The Recoil Spring for the Manual Starter had broken this winter...but Electric Starter was still working.
Being that this 10HP Cast Iron Engine Snow Blower was 51 years old and had not been manufactured for many years...I had to improvise.
I pulled the spring from a 1975 Lawn Boy 2cycle Lawn Mower ( 44 Yrs Old ) and.....Reworked it to fit the Gilson.

The Temp today reached 52 !!! Wow Nice !
The Snow Blower got fixed.
The 1979 Sheridan got shot and the shot groups were quarter sized or better at 25 yards.
I did all of my shooting out of my Grandson Hunter's Snow Fort

It was a truly great day.
Afterwards the Streak got wiped down and put away.
The Snow Blower got a test run and put away

I got a Taco Pizza and had supper with my Grandkids.
