Good lookin rig Wendell.
I live in an apartment, ground floor, and I either get to shoot inside into a trap, when no ones around, or sneak down to the back lawn.To get there, I have to walk around the building, which puts me in close proximity to the main road, for a short distance. I don't want anyone driving by and FREAKING out, calling the police about a "man with a gun".Because of the mosquitoes and ticks,I always wear a loose long sleeve shirt. So I've dreamed up a way to get to the backyard, with this under my shirt. Two pieces of leather,... light suede and leather strap. Suede soft enough so it shouldn't wear on the finish.

Nice holster, but. Not to be that person. But what if the Building manager finds out you're shooting in the back yard? Police may be the least of your worries. You might be looking for a new apartment. I shot in an apartment, and never again. Doesn't take much to accidentally, when zeroing to put one over the trap. Lost damage deposit because of that.
He knows!(Owner/manager) I have permission to shoot into the trap,as long as I'm not disturbing anyone. Mostly I shoot the trap in the basement.Last year I had the okay to take out the woodchucks raiding the garden, but this year I was told to hold off, as another tenants collage daughter saw me shoot one and it upset her. Told to wait till she wasn't around , but she's home all summer. Garden took it hard. So I shoot when I can. Thanks, everyone!
Skeeter I think your entitled to store your guns wherever the heck you want. Wendell with that shoulder rig we will have to start calling you dirty Harry lol. I replaced the back stop on my indoor target range. Oh yeah and cleaned the barrel on my 30 cal. And put a 3 prong cord on my 12 volt compressor's power supply.
I am blessed and grateful to be able to live in the country.Ya see I inherited 1/6 of my Great Grand Fathers land. He had six kids and My grand Mother was one. I am the only grand child so all 28 acres came down to me.My Grand Mother grew up here, walked to the same country Elementary school I rode a bus too. In 1981 I graduated HS and yearned for the "big city life".Actually left for a decade, lived in Madison WI, West Palm Beach FL., then Detroit MI. Eventually found my way to FT. Wayne IN. to be closer to family. Then I had Daughters.. when the oldest was 3 I knew where she needed to grow up and I came back home and never looked back. She is now 34 and her Sisters have known nothing else but this is "home". And now my 6 Grand Kids know this is G-Ma and G-Pa's Place. We can shoot whatever we want whenever we want... Feel sorry for you Urban-ites
Dang, you've got water access, too?!

I went to my folks and there was the pest control Ruger Airhawk, just as you walk in.
