My friend's daughter took a high level job with Amazon. I sent pictures of a larger than shoe box size box with one or two bubble wrap sections in it and three dented tins of pellets with a full explanation of how pellets need tender loving care en route.I hoped she would move on my information. The next time I ordered pellets, same thing.I called customer service and spoke to a person who assured me my next order would get "special" attention. It came to me in a smaller box with NO packaging what so ever.Amazon is a loosing fight. It is amazing what a few bucks cheaper on an item can do even if it has to be sent back, sometimes numerous times, to get it right.If they could clean up their packaging problems, they would be unbeatable, but it appears they wouln't.
