.25 Prod project, need help

Always wanted a .25 Prod... so I sourced parts and built one. Built on a SS valve, .18 TP, strikerless delon hammer. Got 970 fps CPHPs 770 fps with 25.4 jumbo monsters, and was very quiet. Hoping to get similar results in .25.

Got a drop in .25 barrel.19 tp but only got 480 fps Kings and a barked. Barrel oring blow by.  Problem is it needs a .25 pellet prode.

Who can make a .25 Prod probe?

Tony,  I haven't made a 25 Prod yet, but you might want to try to find a sleeve that would work with the existing bolt.  All the 25 cal prods I've seen still used the oem bolt. 

PS: If you find one, please let me know where.

I agree,i am not a professional machinist,but a sleeve can be easily built at the lathe if you are not lucky finding a tube that fit on.
You need to ream out the action to 1/4 all the way too and use a full lenght sleeve or two sleeves,one lever side and one breech side lefting room for the cocking allen screw.Just thinking looking at my Prod..

The K&S Precision Metals hobby brass tubes might work for you, if the right size exist of course.  Some hardware, hobby and online stores sell the stuff.  I use it quite a bit for different projects.
