Thanks Nathan! One more question, since I'm shooting a gamo socom extreme should I use a pellet heavier than my 10.5gr kodiaks? I saw a comment that Charlie de tuna made where the 10.5gr pellets may be too light for that gun. Any experience out there on this issue? Please help. Thanks to all!

I have no experience with the .177 Eun Jin pellets. Years ago I bought some .22's but found them too heavy for practical use in my springers. They're made in Korea to be used in the powerful Korean PCP's. They might be pushing the envelope even in your Socom Extreme. I'm just curious, why do you think you need a heavier pellet than the Kodiaks?

Read my last post. If you use heavy pellets there are consequences. Hope you know how to home tune the rifle or ship out to get repaired (Although I loved the consistency and accuracy form heavy pellets
)

these shoot great out of my dads RWS 350mag and deliver a good thump to critters they should do well out of your socom extreme.

I'd avoid the Eun Jin's in a springer. Too much mass - you'll ruin your spring.
PCPs cry out for a heavy pellet, stick to average weights for your springer.
