Evanix PSI Fill???

I was web surfing and landed on the Evanix web page. Then I noticed that the max fill pressure on most of there products isn't 3000 PSI anymore. I'm sure that it once said 200 bar, 3000 PSI on the Sniper, Rainstorm, etc.... Even their AR6 K version says 230 bar. Are those typos?

Nope, Mr Lee told me that several years back.
Been doing it since to get more power and more shots,.....with the power that those guns come with it's really useful to fill them to those higher BAR levels to get powerful bell curves rather then cliffs

I've been filling my Rainstorm-I to 3300psi ever since Manny mentioned his chat with Mr Lee several years ago. It's just a 10% increase over their original recommended fill. And, like Manny also said, helps with the bell curve. I usually store it with 2000-2500psi left in it.

good to know. thanks. I've never dared to cross the 3000 PSI mark. wondering if the same goes for the Marauder cause on that platform I have heard of people over filling but again I never ventured to do it. Good to know about Evanix though being that from the very start, they are manufactured with high FPE in mind from the get go.

Jay, the RS has a very thick apx 1 inch monoblock, where the tube screws onto an additional block that holds the valve on the other side of it. There is nothing to shift or rip our form a higher fill pressure.
With the Vrod, the valve is held by three screws in the valve, that pass thru the actual air tube which only a few thousands thick and can easily fail, allowing the screws to tear thru the thin tube. It is much worse on the discovery and maximus
This is the difference, and is a HUGE one
One is virtually bullet proof, the other is a virtual bullet. (Or Bomb) LOL!!!

Yeah they deff got it right. Besides adding a regulator, which maybe something with the 230 bar limit???, they are dang efficient when tuned.
