Happy to check in and report on quality of my baffles. one shot..
Their working fantastic still...… High use on my Wood stock BBoss. Accuracy staying spot on.
And I'll be ordering another one for a new "flashPup" set up.
I like "redlines" Idea of opening the port hole in shroud nut to even help a little more. Maybe a dap of mole skin by exshaust hole on shroud too....hummmm.

Side note..
I ordered the direct screw on LDC off ebay bay and tried to run both... Gun was a bit more quiet …...But accuracy was very compromised.

I'll be just running your baffle set up now.

I have a Hatsan .30 cal and it is LOUD!!! Since we are talking about baffles. ANY mods out there to improve the sound suppression?

looking into the herc now,any pics or measurements of the stock baffels and cups?

Not ready to purchase yet but figured I would get some measurements for you in case anyone with the same rifle I have is interested. If you need any other measurements let me know. The baffles look very much like you have pictured except for being a one piece design.

MOD 130S Vortex QE Break-barrel .30cal (MOD 135 in .30 I'm sure would have the same measurements)
Baffel (2 one piece)
Length 49mm
Diameter 21.5mm
Felt area dia 16mm
lip 2.5mm
felt length 44mm (Measured between the lips)
bore dia 12-12.5mm

Cups (2)
Height 27mm
Diameter 21.5mm
Wall thickness 1mm
Large Hole 19.25mm

I was wondering if you still make the .22 curler design for the QE? The ones in my .22 Flashpup discentergraded. I have been emailing Hatsan trying to get replacements. But nothing yet. I ended up removing the shroud and made a modulator from one of my .25 Marauder ones. I would like to use the shroud as the barrel is marked up from where the shroud rubbed on it. Thanks

Just wanted to say thank you, OneShot, for re creating the baffles for my Bully. Folks, this guy does good work, and although it is definately hard to tame the rapport on a 30 cal Bully, I like the fact that his product is designed for my 30 cal pellet to pass clean thru with no clipping whatsoever. I don’t like when manufacturers use a “one size fits all” and now my baffles are made strictly for a 30cal. I’d like to add that my accuracy seemed to improve. In fact, I know it did.

thank you all for the kind words,im no longer a shooter.....but happy to help out in other ways.
i think this designs limit is 177-25 cal.as stated i can make one for the 30,but the sound difference may not be as big of an improvement as the smaller calibers.
in the hatsan qe system.....theres a lack of room to make a better design.but i will continue to tune my design to try n get the db a tad lower.

I just got a .25 Bullboss. It was way too loud. I pulled the baffles and compared them to my at44 .22. The ID on the .25 was .500". The AT44 was .350" . With the smaller ID AT44 baffles installed in the Bulboss sound was reduced by 3db. I contact Hatsan. They want $45 shipped for 2 cups and 2 front pieces for a .22 AT44. Your parts are much less expensive and appear to quite it down as much or more. I would have jumped on them had I not boxed my Bullboss up to sell.

this is the 2nd or 3rd time this thread gets moved to the pcp section.this product suits all 177-25 cal qe models spring/nitro and pcp.
pcp forum is great,but i dont visit forums frequently.so any thread i have already sees little traffic,pcp forum moves at a pace of around 10-15 pages per mth.....making it difficult to locate a thread.
ill be happy to respond via message/email,give me a few days to make what your looking for.

im still around and still making sets per request.
the downfall is the amount of time to prep the raw filament for printing.
im using a material called petg,its the same thing just about every 20oz plastic is made from.
my issue is to print petg and get strength the airs humidity must be below 30% humidity.my problem is i live on the gulf coast of louisiana,average humidity during summer is 85-90%,during winter im around 45%.
so to over come this ive built a special insulated box,along with a heater and intake fan to bring in fresh air and exhaust hot air.along with a healthy amount of moisture absorbing beads.i can get the humidity down too 10% after 24 hours inside the storage box,maintain internal temp of 140f to cook off the airs humidity.
so when you order a baffel set,i start cooking my petg for atleast 24 hours before i begin test printing to ensure a strong stable print.
so i dont mind making a set for anyone,but please allow me time to get setup,inorder to provide the best product that i can.
i dont accept payment untill the product is made and packaged.so if you patient,i can deliver.
ive thought about contacting good old hat and offering my files to them3-5 db gain is a great improvement over their design,plus its a drop in fit with no mods.
but i dont think they will run with my design.the cost of re-tooling and molding will be high.
i eventually want to experiment with molding.....a molded part will always be stronger than a printed part.
but 3d printing is advancing very fast,and stronger materials are coming.

if anything........happy fathers day to all out there that have the pleasure of having youngins.

I just made Delrin bushings for the front end of the issue "hair curlers", took out the rather dense padding, and made a bushing for the front end cap. This one is in .22, so made the opening in the bushings 7mm (call it .276-.28" depending on how straight they were reamed) and was really careful about alignment. Seems to work well.

thanx for the support guys.
lately free time to play with things are hard for me to come by lately.so as of now.....i dont know when ill beable to fill orders.
ill try to find time in about a mth to stock pile the standard 22 and 25 caliber sets to avoid wait time on order.
i do thank you all that have supported my product,and the great feedback.
ill post up once i have the needed time to get back printing and designing.

is a great guy to deal with,left me great feedback....but he had an issue involving a pellet clipping and destroying 1 baffel,and i was so busy with work,side work and life i couldnt get to his free replacement part as quickly as i had liked.
im a firm believer in customer support.....and it was killing me not being able to rush out his parts.
hence my decision to halt my sales untill i can find the time to build and keep a small stock onhand.my turn around time is already delayed by the awesome south louisiana humidity levels that haunt petg printing.
