Just got the Mac-1 scope mount and had a old pistol scope for a pistol I have sold, made it a scout scope. Positive with the 108 is that I don’t have to take off the sights. I can take off the scope and the open sight is still above the rail. These mounts are the best no question, makes the other mounts look like a joke.
I took the above configuration out today and it hit low, as usual. Lol. I got some aluminum sheets I had from other projects and made a shim for the back rings. Below is my new spacing and I’m zeroed in!!

If you're anything like me this might blow you away but it did work for me...Every configuration I tried on my sharidan was hitting High and I could not adjust any lower the opposite problem...I see you have your rings configured the same way that I did.. I simply flipped my rings so that the screw side was on the left instead of the right.. I then re centered my scopes adjustments.. Just by hand I turned one way until it stopped ..I counted how many half turns it to look To run out of adjustment going the other way.. And I done brought it back to the center point.. After that every mounted the scope with the screw side of the rings on the left and I was able to adjust perfectly. This struck me as extremely odd since I've always had this crew side of my rings on the right side of the gun..I cannot guarantee it will work for you but if you get tired of trying to shim it's worth a shot. My .02 I hope it wasn't too hard to understand.
Yea, I decided I better snag a couple myself.
Better grab one of those Benjamin/Sheridan mounts Steve, just in case.
Just got my Mac1 vintage Crosman scope mounts. Very nice, quality stuff. I've been consistently pleased with his products. I got an adapter to fill paintball tanks from my 20 pounder from him, also a tube extension to convert one of my 180s to bulk fill, and an adjustable piston for my Sheridan. Top shelf equipment, all.
