Hey guys
I just ordered a Shoebox F-10 4500 psi compressor,
now I need to get at least 1 LARGE tank for shooting off the bench, and if possible filling the small 13/3000 tanks.
Which large air tank should I get, SCBA or SCUBA tanks, Alum or steel, and what size?
I know nothing about this type of equipment etc
Would greatly appreciate any and all help or suggestions.
Thanks
Don

Don't know what you'r filling gun wise, but a scuby can only fill most pcp's to a full fill once, if at all.
SCBA if at all possible.
If your gun fills to a full 3000 psi, one fill, and the scuba ia already below full fill capability. The SCBA is up for many-many more full fills.
Steel dive tank, 40-50 pounds. Alu-30+ pounds. SCBA, 12 pound average.

Michael
Thank you,
At the present time,
I have 3-13ci/3000 psi small tanks that fit all my AR's, (QB 79/2-Ham 850)
I am looking for a larger tank that can be used from the bench and what ever AR I am shooting at the time,
which will be my QB-79, 22 cal or one of the Ham 850 in 17 cal.
I have had several thousand starlings move in, and they need to be thin out,
in the process of building a LCD for each rifle, making them Mouse phart quite,
I don't quite understand the SCBA/SCUBA tank spec's, etc
the new Shoebox should fill them (larger scba/scuba tanks) with no problems, I hope,
but, from what I read so far, the shoebox should not be used to fill the small rifle tanks,
but I can't figure out why, the shoebox can't be use to fill them etc.
I am attempting to figure out the ratio/spec's for the larger tanks -vs- the small tanks,
which is making my head hurt etc.
Tia,
Don

Well, I have narrowed it down to SCBA or a Large Ninja tanks.
Still attempting to wade thru the info, to make a good choice.
