Replacement regulator output question & new reg or both tank and reg.

Let me start off by saying that I'm completely new to PCP airguns. I've done a lot of reading and video watching but I still have a TON to learn so I apologize up front for any stupid questions.
I have an Airforce Condor that I purchased used a couple years ago. I'm finally getting around to using it and I no longer have the emails from the seller so I know very little about it.
The tank needs to be hydroed but I wanted to see if it was holding air so I put about 1500psi into it and left it overnight. It's at about 1300 this morning so it seems there's a slow leak somewhere.
Here are my questions.
EDIT: I spoke with Doug and I'm good to go at the moment.
Thanks in advance!

Leave that set a little longer because pumping that tank up created it to heat up in the process, they will drop in pressure overnight to a certain point but if you leave it set longer and it doesn't change then there's probably not a leak. 200psi isn't that significant to jump to any conclusions just yet.

Found a leak behind the brass fitting in the valve. Drained the tank and awaiting some 014 o-rings tomorrow.
Hopefully, the problem will be gone. When pumping, I would pump for 3 - 4 min, drain the line and 30 - 60 min latter pump again... to keep the heat down. At least I read that was a good strategy.

If thats a dyotat (doug) gun you have a solid shooter. If it has set for a while an little hill pump lube on the top hat shaft then ease it back into the valve. Charge see where its at. Worst case scenario you reseal the valve. Airforce guns are very easy upfornt guns. I love them. Broke out my 25 talondor last wee and had touching shots at 15 yds. Not bad for 9 mo in a box. Airforce guns are great guns.

Thanks, everyone, new o-rings got here today... I'm amazed at how hard it was to find a 014, I tried every big box, auto and plumbing supply place within 20 miles.
Pulled out the plastic washer, put in the o-ring and now at 1500 with no leak. Hopefully, I'm good to go for a bit.
I do have to say that pumping these up by hand from empty... twice.. is a lot less fun than it seems like it would be.
