I found my chronograph today and ran some shots over it, I am getting 505 FPS out of the rifle with the gas ram filled to 130 BAR, The rifle generates 25.35 FPE with 44.75 grain pellets, my elevation is 4,460 feet above sea level. I believe that velocity claims likely come from altitudes closer to sea level. So I will not attempt to get 550 FPS from this rifle, but I will be increasing the gas ram pressure to 140 BAR and shimming the breech seal.I was not expecting to make a project out of this purchase, my intention in buying this airgun was for two reasons, the first being that I thought it would make a nice addition to my collection and second that I could shoot the pellets that don’t fit or fall out of my magazine from my 30 caliber carnivore.Of course I’m just being ridiculous. :/

It’s sitting on the porch waiting for me to come home and open it up. For now I have to live vicariously through the experiences of others...
