SFV pcp shooters

Hi All,
I'm new to pcp rifles and just ordered the M-Rod from airgunsdaily that will be here in 2-3 days. After reading all the posts I can find on SCBA vs SCUBA vs pumps, I still can't decide on the cost vs benefits, pros vs cons, of different systems. I'm even thinking of getting a shoebox (ouch! this is getting expensive).
Anyone in the San Fernando Valley or WLA that's willing to let me see their setup. As much as I learn online, there's no substitute for touching and feeling a fill system and talking to someone about their setup.
Thanks!
Bo

80 cu ft scuba tanks sell all over for $150.00 new. You an also look for used ones at dive shops. You can generally find a used yoke and hose for $35.00 to $50.00 and new for around $65.00. If you have dive shop in your area you can get fills for around $5.00.
Now compare the scuba tank, yoke and hose with price of new pump and fittings.

thanks gene, I've decided to go that route. Lot's of scuba tanks on craigslist here in Los Angeles (many have a recent hydro and current visual), I just have to get a yoke assembly from Joe B. It seems to be the least expensive. when I can afford a 4500 psi SCBA tank I can use the scuba for bulk fills.

You bet WestCoastBo.. Seven years ago it was much more expensive. There were no Disco's or M-Rods around. Tanks were very high and accessories were very expensive if you found someone who would sell that stuff. Used to be way over $1,000.00 to get gun and support equipment.
Thanks to Crosman we all can play wiff PCP's now..
Best of luck..
