Might be a stuck intake valve, oil can be used on the outside of the pump cup area, a few drops, keeps everything lubed just enough.
Hi Guys. I have a sheridan 397PA that has a frozen pump and I can't seem to find ANY info on it. The pump opens fine but then it won't close. It's so hard to close, I slightly bent the arm going to the piston. It's like there is a mecahnical jam. Weird. I don't think it's "Air locked" because I never pump over 10x and it has fired recently. I haven't oiled it because it says right on the gun not to oil in the intake. I did put a little bit on the silver thingy that the pivot arm is attached to, but that didn't help Any advice is appreciated!
