How do you tighten the burst disk on a Kral Puncher Breaker? I think I have a leak on mine.

Was not aware of a burst disc in the Puncher Breaker.  Are you referring to the brass plug on the valve?

Yes. Its on the air tube. I saw a review that said, it was a common place for the puncher breaker will leak.

If the two are indeed the same part, the tube will need to be removed from the action.  The "plug" I refer to will require a hex wrench to tighten and is actually located on the valve. I have de-gassed my PB before using that plug.  If there is a burst disk anywhere else on the air tube, I'm unaware of it.  As always, use caution if working on a pressurized vessel.

A member here called the " brass plug"  a burst disk, so I thought that's what it was. I will degass mine tomorrow and try to tighten it up.  Thanks for your help.

I removed the brass plug and the burst disk is under it. I have since found the leak to be the fill port.  I have to remove the fill port and replace a seal. I don't know if my heat gun is hot enough to get it to break loose.

    I have  a KP/B that developed  a leak after not using for 3-4 weeks , & leaks out as I try to fill ,seem to be coming from barrel & or by the guage, I am wondering if mine is like yours, did  you find it with sprayin liquid ?  Caution Do Not use Windex , Unless you want to dull the finish on the silver (marine) I am a Windex freek, I use it to clean just about anything I have to handle. I hope you can repair yours, please post with results,  roger

I removed the barrel and stuck the fill port in a bowl of water.  I saw bubbles coming from the fill port.

First, stop using ammonia for a anything cleaning agent. It is a strong chemical. It can damage wood, it's finish, bluing, seals. Rust the barrel. (Even see the damage urine  does to metal fixtures? Take a look next time your in a public restroom. Very caustic stuff!
Oh, and DON'T pee on your gun!!!   Pick a tree that your gun is NOT leaning on in the woods.

Put a party balloon over the muzzle to check if it is a valve thru the barrel leak. Cock the gun and see if it still leaks down overnight. (cocked, it will not leak thru the barrel, as it will no longer be sealed).

  Knife , it wont hold air to put a balloon on the  barrel, so that's out , as far as the ammonia, I don't use that stinky stuff , I have used Windex Crystyl rain  for over 25 yrs  on just about everything the only ill effect was dulling the silver finish on the KPB , I spray my hands if im not near water, clean my steering wheel,gauges  guitars,amps, ect , & yea I know about the effects of urine, I used to own a bar/tavern , & as far as my guns , I don't pee on them ,  that's  usually one of my danged shoes ,  dang it....then I spray windex on them..    PS  I don't clean my barrels with Windex

Try taking your guage all the way out. Check the oring on guage and replace it if needed. Reinstall the guage and try filling it. If you've had the guage loosened before and not all the way out, that could be your problem. It is a starting point to find your leak. I loosened mine one time and didn't pull it all the way out and couldn't get to seal. When I replaced oring and completely removed and replaced it, it  sealed.  I was using a scba tank to refill and not a hand pump.
