I found that there was a big problem with the disconnect from the tank. I purchased a stainless steel remote shut off valve that has a built in bleed hole, like with the paintball setup. The problem is that you have to shoot the pressure out of the line once the valve is shut off. The tank pretty much won't budge under pressure and unscrewing it until it bleeds didn't appear safe.
Back when i started this i was using a slide check valve on a remote hose. The hose tended to twist every which way, and it was a drop in overall output pressure having to fill the line. The factory o-rings that sealed the slide were urethane. They blew out under very little pressure so i scrapped the whole idea of a slide. I finally got off my duff and decided to drive waaaaay across town and get two o-rings. Two of each, four sizes of CS thickness. I went with thicker and tighter then the factory o-rings and I reinstalled the slide which now works great as a down stream vent. I can fill or feed either gun without wasted pressure in the hose. The extra length of the slide is perfect for the stock 2240 cylinder as a bulk-feed. I'll have the tank mounting bracket done soon, then i'll get to the stock.

Man! That's a lot of work. It looks as if you've got it under control. Please be sure to keep us posted on the final product It's obvious you have talent.
