I'm looking at a Blue Streak in an ad. Serial number is 195257. So was year was it made an where was it manufactured? Would this have a soldered type valve?
I'll find one yet.

If it is an original Blue from Racine, yes, the valve is soldered.

OK, he said it was a BENJAMIN SHERIDAN CORP. C9 SERIES, 20 CAL., ''BLUE STREAK'' . The serial number is what he sent me. W143185
What is it?

The tang safety in your 1st pic had me thinking it was a Benjamin. It's obviously a Sheridan C9. Sorry, I'm not up to speed on the C9's. I'm sure someone will chime in shortly who is familiar with these.

I did some research Rob & I think I know the rifle you are looking at. The early C9's were produced from '91-'93. Yours has "Benjamin Sheridan Corp" stamped on the right side of the reciever so I'm pretty sure it is a '93. It also has the souldered valve.

If you're only going to have one, hold out for an older, rocker safety rifle. Nicer looking, better gun.

Yup,
Marty nailed it. 1993 manufacture. that serial would be one of the later ones made in Racine by Benjamin.
