I have ordered them from McMaster but I have a preference for the ones from Zoro because they have less of a burr at the rims.The 0.032" thickness is generally good for setpoints from 1000 - 1500psi which is about as high as you can go without blowing out the 1.8k burst disk. http://www.zoro.com/i/G0908275/
Well, it's worth a look...if you can distinguish a burr, I'd say it's worth the peace of mind to remove it. You seem to be very detail oriented so I suspect you would err on the side of caution as well.
