The three o-rings not listed on the parts list (17, 45, 50) can be substituted with standard AS 568A o-rings. #17 is a 568A-111. #50 is a 568A-007. #45 is for cleaning the #22 rod and isn't a problem so i never bothered with it. For the most part there aren't any 568A standard o-rings that match up to most of what is used in the pump. Good thing about living in the big city, i can go right to an o-ring distributor. IMO it's easier and quicker to learn how to fix it. I sent mine in, got it back and it only worked about two weeks. that's the PA way.
O.K.Just filled my Rainstorm (380cc reservoir)Not counting the strokes needed to prime the hose, it took from 100 BAR to 200 BAR,......125 strokes with the G4 pump, so the numbers on yours are way, way off, just send her back for a replacement i think
If on each stroke the pressure won't tighten up until you're almost 1/2 the distance through the pump stroke you definitely have a bad #50.
