If you still have $170 left over after splurging on this great rifle you may want to consider upgrading it with a DonnyFL Sumo. Mine was just delivered 30 min ago. Took two shots at high power and I am in love already. It's not heavy at all and also not too big but it transforms the report into a whisper. Was thinking that it may fool you into thinking the rifle is not so powerful and you're letting your safety procedures slide. Not!
For me air gunning is all about being able to shoot for recreation on my property - a shy acre with good visual barriers. Not too much power (just to be safe), and no noise that could blow my cover really matter.
So what did the Huma Reg provide you over the stock reg? Consistency, lower SD, more shots, higher FPS?
