Walther LG30. What is involved in increasing the velocity?

I have an opportunity to purchase an LG30 at a very reasonable price and I'd like to shoot indoor bench rest and FT with it.
However, it's just under 6 FPE.

I was minutes away from purchasing a Hammerli AR20FT, but Krale sold out of them and it's discontinued.

I'd like to bump up the FPE on the LG30 from 6 to at least 12FPE (or maybe a smidge higher).

Have you done this?

What was involved and the level of difficulty?

What was your final results?

  If you read through some of the different topics on his site, you should be able to get a good idea of what would be involved in the conversion.
  It appears that the LG30 may be similar enough to the Hammerli AR20, that the regulator, spring, and pin from an AR20 rated at 16 or 26 Joules may be a direct fit. I do believe that Umarex has the 16J regulator and other parts required for the AR20 conversion, so you may be able to obtain them easily.
  That is all supposition though, you would have to dig in a little deeper to be sure. 

  According to this thread, the parts may or may not interchange as far as the regulator is concerned, but they do not seem to have a real favorable view of the LG30-

  The pressure system may be the same, but there may be small differences between the two that will botch the parts swap?
