It will definitely be aluminium. I have access to a lathe. The plan is to start of a tad longer than Dan measured it at approximately 1.5", then by fitting and resizing till it fits perfectly.
I know Huma also make gauges. So I ask Marc @ Huma if they have one with M10x1.5 thread, or if they can make me one. Since that is the brass plug's thread holding the burst disc, then I don't need to make a fitting there as well. Still waiting for the reply. Marc really went out of his way by corresponding with me. I think we are currently at email number 28...

If Huma can make a gauge with M10x1.5 threads, make sure to let them know how far the connection “stem” needs to be since it needs to extend into the pressure tube about 12-15mm (bottom of female threaded burst gauge block to top of the pressure tube). Also should consider the distance needed to have the gauge flush or just below the plastic forestock.

Just some thoughts.

I believe it will be the same reg as in the previous models.
The idea is to but the spacer in the open space as shown in the diagram, and then remove O-ring labelled A.
Huma unfortunately do not have a gauge with the correct thread as the burst disc plug, will thus make a fitting for it as well...

Well the reg is ordered and paid, it will arrive by months end, as it will travel with a family member going to the Netherlands.

Will report back when it is installed...

I think you may need both o-ring “A” and “B” to seal the space between the burst disc adapter and the pressure tube. Unless the seal at the face of the regulator and burst disc adapter will provide sufficient seal. I think it depends on how square the burst disc adapter face is. I have not removed mine to judge the fit/finish of adapter.

I do not think it would hurt to leave both o-rings as they are and just add the 32mm spacer.

Just spit balling here, could you plug the 10x1.5 hole in the blast disc adapter, then drill/tap a 1/8ntp in it (opposite side)? I was considering that with a spacer like you show in your diagram.

Per your drawing, you can move the burst disc up or down and or shorten the burst disc holder/sleeve,
you have to be able to attach the stock, so the gage head needs to fit thru the hole in the stock first,
then change the lengths needed for the burst disc holder etc.

You can shorten the burst disc block after some careful measurements so there is enough length to provide room
for the "O" Rings to seal the pressure tube hole, or you can move the gage hole towards the valve,
which will add some more space on top of the valve etc.

Page 30 and post #583 and 601 has all the info on the 705-9T-25 cal sentry rifle,
my 22 cal does not have the burst disc block in the pressure tube.

I am following along on the info for a reg...............

Removing the O-ring is on Huma's recomendation. That way the atmospheric pressure can reach the breather hole of the reg.

I am blessed by teaching at a Technical High School. So a lot of workshops and knowledge going around... The stock will be modified at Wood working, while the spacer will be made in fitting and turning...

Well, you durn enablers, you got me to spend my birthday money on a 705-9 with tune from Mike. I got the.25 cal as I have the hunter mold and the pellets don't seem to work in my Sumatra's mag so hopefully the 705-9 likes them. Going to mount up the CV life scope I had on my liberty. Now to wait the week it'll take to get to me.

Robert the 25 cal hunters are excellent in my prototype Xisico, I did modify the gun but even before modifying it they shot excellent from it. The 25 cal hunters are probably my favorite pellets for my 25 cals, they shoot just as good if not better than the JSB 25.39's. I popped a red squirrel way up in a pine tree this morning with one of the 25 cal Hunters from my AEA semi auto 25.
