So far so good I rate mine after a few hundered rounds as better than a pumper . . .
It might be the poorman's sumatra

Here is a review that mirrors my opinion so far , and I kinda like it.

The only down side is some leakage hooking up to my US standard foster fittings, same thing that has happened with the $50.00 hand pumps, only in reverse, I am going to try one of my budget pumps out and also report on eaze of hand pumping $:-\$

I bought a .177 a while back and a full power tuned .25 about a month ago. The .25 is on it's way to Rocker1 for a mouse fart quiet shroud.

I'm in! The family finally let me have my now month old Sentry. The scope is mounted and it's ready to shoot as soon as the visitors hit the road.

I am also glad to see a thread devoted to the Sentry. I would have started one but what could I say beyond I have one? This evening that will change.

Three shots into the trap and I had to stop, for fear of blowing a hole through the thing. It`s a small Champion and clearly isn't made for this type of power. My original plan was to reinforce the trap with additional metal but I just haven't gotten to it so now I'm shut down. In my uninsulated basement it makes a little ringing sound but not too loud for my wife upstairs. Tomorrow, if the weather co-operates, I`ll run some more pellets through it.

This is a great thread guys..
To bad that one bad review video gave this beauty of a gun a bad rap.
I'll tell you I received my Sentry .22 from Mike almost three weeks ago. I mounted a 50mm scope on it and as of today I've put 1500 rounds through it..
Not one problem with it and shoots over 70 accurate shots.
I'm thinking of ordering another one in .25 and having Mike do some work to it..

My buddy and neighbor down on the next farm, Rob ( the guy who figured out that Rocker1's baffles glow in the dark...) Got one of the new prototype Sentry .22's from Mike about two weeks ago. Longer tube and barrel, with new ldc design. Holy moly! This thing is SILENT and accurate as all get out. Power adjuster on 4, filled to 2900
psi (and ending at 1250psi) shooting 14.3 CPUM's gives you 70+ shots of 800fps avarage critter thumping fun. The gun is a bit on the heavy side, weighing in at just over 9lbs with a Leapers Bugbuster 3-9x32. The only mods he's done to it was a trigger job, which he said involved a lighter spring, and adding a second screw somewhere. The trigger is great. Defined, light, short travel first stage, followed by a 1lb predictable, clean braking second. Only the slightest bit of creep. Just barely noticeable.

The only problems he's had are a couple of defective magazines ( which Mike quickly replaced) and some issues with hand pumping the gun. Not that there's any mechanical issues with the fill probe or pump, just that he's an older gentleman who's had some recent ticker issues. So when his grandkids aren't around, he'll have me fill the rifle for him. My "fee" for this service is borrowing the rifle whenever he's not using it for a day of plinking/hunting. As long as I bring it back fully pumped, with loaded mag's, he's all grins!

I gotta say, for the money, this is a sweet, sweet shooter. Accurate out to 75yds, hits like a hammer, and absolutely silent. The ping is the loudest thing you hear. The bolt was pretty hard to operate for the first 100 rounds or so, but a quick clean up and relube smoothed that out. Now after 1500 rounds or so, it's like butter. You've got to be firm with it, kinda like an old Enfield .303, but it's not at all difficult. And the leade is great. It loads and chambers everything I've thrown at it, from RWS, JSB, H&N FTT, and various Crosman pellets, tho it likes the CPUM's best. Pretty great rifle for a great price!

Bought mine back in the spring time 22 caliber ran it over the Chrony low power setting 32 shots avg 714 fps es 31 sd 8. Mike did include a delrin larger transfer port. Filled to 3000 ending approximately 1500 psi. Did Mike include a larger transfer port with the gun and did you switched over? Curious to know what kind of numbers everyone is getting with theirs. Mine is shooting 1/2 at 30

I haven't had mine long enough to do much real testing but I have been getting acquainted with it.
Mine is a .22 and the newer "-3"
There is no numbers on the power level indicator but the pin is mid-way in the slot.
I pumped it up to 2900 psi and sat down with the indoor trap.
I don't have a chrony yet but I can tell you I got 7 mags of (56) shots and the pressure dropped down to 1600 psi. The POI was not dropping so I should have been able to get a few more more.

Here is the target. The CPHP had a single flyer so I drew a 7th circle and gave it another go, yep single flyer again.... typical CPHP performance for me.

All other pellets I have did pretty well. (Yes, I need to tweek the scope a bit yet.)

Hmm in the video the guy talks about the only sentry he knows of is the 702 which is what I have. I wonder what the differences are?
