air pump question

Howdy magnum,
Lots of folks here have been using the shoebox with great success. I have one also, but have not had the opportunity to get it going yet. I still need to get hoses and such. Others will chime in soon and give some 1st hand comments.

Pleased with mine.... I got a 4500 psi unit but primarily use it for topping up an 80 CF SCUBA tank.... You have to watch that you don't overfill.... but the rate is about 150 psi per hour on that size tank so it's not like you have to sit and watch it.... I set a timer based on that fill rate and how much I need to top it up and check it every hour or so.... with the timer to remind me to shut it off if I get distracted.... I have about 40 hours on mine so far without a glitch....

I have the 4500 psi model and I love it.  I've made numerous fills on my tanks so far and it works like a charm each time.  I couldn't be happier
