Looking for Fun Shoot 2018 location

I mapped Solon to me at over 11 hours. New Philadelphia from here is just over 10 hours. I'm not  in Nashville, I'm between Nashville and Memphis.

Out of everything you listed I think Richard & Rocker likes Monroe, La the best. I am sure most of us southerners like to be south of the Mason, Dixie line. LOL

I lived 2 winters in Maine. I told the old ball and chain I am going back to Texas, you can stay or you can go.

As with planning any major GTA event (like this and the Wounded Warrior project) it reaches a point of frustration. I'm at that point. LOL
Nothing is panning out for us as of yet. I will not give up and will keep plugging away. The guys over on the rimfire forum have gone silent. They first said it sounded like a good idea to combine events but then fell silent when I wanted input and logistics. Oh well....
Now waiting on some word from the Monroe, LA location. I have no clue if the venue can even offer the facilities needed for us. Hopefully will get some word soon.
I would hate to have to postpone the 2018 event but....
Will post when I find out anything.

As far south as La, I'm thinking we'd lose some of the beloved old faithfuls from the Midwest......the Ramada gang.
Hopefully we can find something a little more centrally located.  It's worth the flight imo...I just won't be flying my guns this time.

That's what it was for me to get to Ky. When hauling the trailer I sit back, relax, and it is what it is.

I don't know what is really needed for the shoot. But I still offer my place. It has room to shoot just about anything you want, A 24' X 40' barn heated and airconditioned, Kitchen, and bathroom. Room to camp at the barn, or I have a house up the road with a pond in the back yard and plenty of room to camp up there. The camping would be primitive. Google map 2900 West County Rd. 750 south Commiskey In. and that is the barn. 2290 west county road 750 south Commiskey In. is the house. It is only a half mile up the road from the barn.  All I ask is you let me know a few days before so I can make sure it is mowed and ready.
We are having the Spring Fling there the second weekend in April. Come check it out then if you would like. It will be a lot of fun.
