Oh my. That's a juicy one. Good shooting Jeremy. Gotta love the ear to ear piercing. I'm always curious what causes some dances to be better than others? I've tried to see if there is any pattern to big dances and maybe shot placement or something? Never seems to correlate to any one thing. Pretty interesting. Love the Quincy chopsticks! Gotta get me some of those

Gotta get me some of those Michael I have shot allot of tree squirrels and ground squirrels and some yellow bellied marmots and there seems to be no answer as to why some dance more than others or a correlation to animal size. I have had shots land as close to the same spot on the brain as you can get and have one animal drop totally still and the other one jump around wildly. Probably can never be answered as to why but like you it interests me and I still look for a reason why.
