Struggling between Bullboss in .22 or .25

Hope you ordered some Benjamin 27 gr.

Which Benjamin pellets? There seems to be a &^^& load from each manufacturer!

Really frustrated with Amazon. They have the Barracuda Green in .177 and .22 but not in .25.

The .25 are available on their German Amazon site though. Still looking for a place selling the .25s.

Just did some preliminary groupings to see what pellets it had a taste for,     as my bullboss is brand new,  and shooting it out of the box.   Here are some that I tried.   All groups are 9rds (one mag) from 20 yds.  Fresh 3k fill for each mag.
Shooting in the prone position. No bipod.

Its windy here today so Im sure these would shrink on a calm day but I was only doing it to see what was worth trying at 59yrds.

JSB Exact king Heavy 33.95gr              .5 "
JSB Exact king Heavy MKII  33.95gr  .75"
JSB Exact king.    25.39gr.                     1"
H&N Baracuda.  30.8gr.   Hair over.      .5"
H&N Field Trophy  20gr.                          1-1/16"
Predator Polymags 26gr.                        7/16"

Eunjin (Pointed)     43.2 gr. To long for magazine.

I bought mine recently from "Airguns of Arizona."
Brown & Black Tin... 25 cal.. 27.8 gr... 6.4mm.
Be sure to wash and lube em.. If you get some.

.25 Bullboss just arrived and came with 2 magazines, plus the 3 extras I ordered.

Still waiting on 2nd air chamber to come in.

Was a little sad to see the Air chamber at 0 after all the comments stating guns and spare Air Chambers have been received full.

Good news is my Yong Heng compressor arrived last weekend and Descant media is in route, but the larger Filter chamber will be a bit since I finally decided on and ordered it this morning.

Mine arrived with 50 bar.
Pumped up to 200 bar and it sat overnight without leakage.

If you can, get the Woodstock,  as said before the synth is a bit wiggly,   not a problem in the woods.  But it annoys me.

it doesn't feel as heavy as it actually is..... unlike a full length rifle such as the Marauder. Plus the heavier weight is a stability advantage when shooting off a bench. This gun is very accurate and smooth off the shoulder or on the bench.

You are kidding right...The Bullboss weighs 8.6lbs vs. the Marauder at 7.3lbs.  Hatsans are heavier.

I have the at44 short and the bullboss.

The bullboss shouldered feels alot lighter due to the balance.
Even though its probly heavier than my at44 short.

However,  as stated before, once the gun is shouldered, it doesn't feel as heavy as it actually is..... unlike a full length rifle such as the Marauder.

If you've never shouldered the Bullboss, I suppose you just wouldn't know. I've shouldered both the Bullboss and Marauder, and due to the length and weight distribution of the Marauder, it is a bear to hold steady.....at least it is for me anyway. The heavier Bullboss feels lighter and is actually comfortable in the standing off-hand position.

I can hold my boss alot steadier than I can my AT44.
Balance changes everything.

Having both an Mrod and bullboss.  I agree the bull boss feels easier to hold steady shooting off hand,   i dont find the mrod hard. But the boss definitely feels easier.

I dont really do any bench shooting besides to zero so i cant speak for that.

The synthetic stock is NOT made out of the same material as a Synthetic rifle stock! Feels like a hard rubber instead of the usual reinforced Nylon type of synthetic stock. The rail being molded into the stock instead of a solid rail attached by screws feels cheesy! Not what I expected in this price range.

Hopefully I can find an aftermarket wood stock down the road or make my own.

Haha I've gotten used to it. Good thing it has a decent trigger. Like I stated earlier, sandbags are a great option as well

Sand bags are my go to!, I do not even have a Bipod on any of our firearms.

The impressive part is how stable the Bullboss is once shouldered! amazing!! Going to have a blast with this things! Just hope picking off Chipmunks this summer doesn't have ricochets and holes in the fence. LOL

LOL Mine is Chain link with White Vinyl privacy slats. At least they will be easy to replace as long as I can keep getting them. LOL
