Umarex Gauntlet .22

Thanks Kris.  Is Joe's tank aluminum or carbon fiber?  I did see one on the link that looked like it would fit.  I ordered an aluminum 23 ci tank that's regulated to 1200 psi off AliExpress, it should be here in a few weeks.  I have no idea what it will weigh, but most of my shooting it paper targets from a bench, so another pound won't be that big a deal.

Bill, trust me, I am seriously in the market for a compressor.  Filling the 13 ci tank on the Gauntlet with a hand pump is a workout!  A 23 ci tank will be even worse!

From what I saw in the video he made it looked like aluminum. What came with the gun is plenty for me for shooting and hunting. Pumping is not an option with me when I own 5 scuba tanks and a dive shop that does free top offs. A booster pump is in the future for me just haven't decided which one yet.

Sweet!  The closest Dive Shop to me wants $10 for a top off on my tiny 90ci tank!  Thank goodness the local Fire Station is more generous, but I don't want to abuse them, so I won't bring my tank there more than once a month.  I only use it for my low volume 2000 psi guns.  I definitely need a compressor!

Maraudinglizard, thanks for taking the time and posting the info on your Gauntlet.  I’ve got a 22 Maximus that’s been awesome, but the Gauntlet seems like the King of PCP value.  Since I have 22, I’m holding out for the .25 Gauntlet.

You're welcome. I have the maxi in .177, it's main use is hunting. I switch between the marauder, disco, and maxi on occasion when squirrel hunting. The gauntlet has impressed me so far. Welcome to the GTA and good luck on your next purchase.
