Hill pump making weird noise.

So I have a hill pump that I've been using for a while now (about 2 months) and it's started making an odd noise on the downward stroke, sounds sort of like a honking/grinding maybe? Hard to describe.

I lubed it, but the noise didn't go away, and it only seems to start when the hose is pressurized. Something I can fix, like an O-ring, or should I send it to Hill and ask for help?

Sounds like the high pressure side went bad.  You can repair it or send it to Hill

I'll open it up later. Thing sounds like a turkey call.

What should I look for that may be causing the issue?

You will see it straight away. Should be some ragged, chipped up o-rings in there letting metal hit metal.

Alright, I gave it a looking to, the problem is actually the bleed screw not sealing, and I believe I have a fix, so no worries.
