70+ FPE KRAL PB with ART SS valve

I bored out the holes in the scope mount that the barrel runs through(misaligned from the factory) and use a different LDC, so the barrel band is just there to keep the fill port cover aligned.

deformation occurs in the thousandths of an inch, if your variations as a shooter are less than the variations of .0009-.001 of an inch than call me impressed! I wouldn't concern myself with air tube deformation effecting POI as greatly as some think. Variation from shot to shot occurs on so many levels for so many different reasons. Velocity, Point of Aim, Wind, Pellet weight/head size differences just to name a few.

As Matt said, you'll never notice those changes unless your gun is in an extremely rigid vice and you'd never be able to differentiate from the other variables. Look at how many very accurate guns use a scope rail that is clamped to the cylinder. Most guns are more accurate than the shooter is capable of shooting anyway.

Just know I only need  ART/SS valves and trigger  sears for:

1.   150 bar Regulated Noblesse .22
2.   150 bar regulated Kral Puncher .177

It really woke the kral up for sure. I'm wondering what it will do in a .22 kral mega. If Travis makes one for the jkhan, rainstorm platform... its going to be a hammer.

We finally got the SS valve done and into the Kral puncher breaker and boy were we surprised!!! We went from 45FPE with Two stiff springs to 73 FPE with the stock spring!!! The trigger is now light and crisp also due to the light spring and we shaved off quite a few ounces also and no more broken valve stems either . We had to back the stock spring adjuster almost out of the gun and turn the power adjuster down to get to 50 FPE LOL. We will run strings with a regulator and without shortly stay tuned. 983 with stock spring and 34 grain JSB pellets porting was .190 threw exhaust port to barrel. We didnt even crank it full bore as we were scared it might break the sound barrier and get the law down on us.

I am planning to buy a Kral Puncher Pro. Where can i buy those SS valves?

Maybe you should offer the drawings for sale along with a list of materials and grades needed, instead of developing it and boasting about what you did and then leaving everyone hanging trying to figure out how to get it done with their rifle.

It’s part of the patent so if you want to buy the patent that’s currently being used to make Raptor valves you better have deep pockets. Plenty of information in Bobs gate on building a balance valve or the better alternative is get enough people together that would warrant JSAR in making another run but you would have to contact Jacob and ask if that’s even possible

I understand some one reviving a thread, which is foolish since the prospect of getting said parts is out of the question but perhaps some of these older threads like this one could go take a nap in the archives. There seems to be a lot of hostility on the GTA lately. And that's a real bummer since it's my favorite air gun site to visit. I've seen more cantankerous fighting over the last thirty days on this site than the whole prior year put together.

IMO, what makes this site better than all the other sites is  ALL of the knowledge and ALL of the knowledgeable people here.  The ability to revive a thread is one thing that makes this site GREAT!  There are thousands of threads here.  Most threads don't catch the attention of all fellow air gunners.  But that one thread that stands out to one's current project or AG is, IMO, is one man's treasure of knowledge.  That being said, may all my fellow air gunners have a blessed day!
