Yeah, I was wondering if the fore grip would need to be drilled for the gauge or does it sit behind the gauge.

I'm just not a fan of those skinny barrels hanging out in the wind like that. I added a barrel band to my Varmint. It was from an XS-60c. It fits snug on the tube but the barrel has maybe a 1/16 float inside of it. It's more for peace of mind for stomping through the woods for me.

I had to do a bit of inletting on these to fit the cp1.

SPA said they wouldn't fit, and in fairness they didn't when I received them.

Will be putting one on the Plinkster and varmint next week and let you know how it goes.

Not expecting any big deal and the CNC cuts plastic like soap, so as long as they look decent I can get these listed soon.

The rifle trigger guard is another fitment, but a small curved sheet/strap may be in order.

These were listed at 29.95 and still are, but after leaving the post office this morning, I did have to add shipping cost to them. (8 bucks)

Will keep you guys posted on barrels/LDC options separate also.

A bit of finesse will be required, but I'm getting the hang of all that, so just give me some time and I'm sure we can get those over here too.

Next up, bulk fill.

Sounds great Mike! Barrels would be great and bulk fill end caps on a plinkster tube, or with a reverse bottle block for a regulated hpa bottle  or cp1 tube and a forward bottle block would be great. Double tube with a regulator would be sweet too!

I haven't talked to him. I was kinda giving him space. Back when I was XS-60C Gen I tinkering I had bought a few to double band my guns. I think I paid just a couple bucks apiece for them. You know Mike, half the time he just throws stuff in a box and sends it to you.

I'll look around but I don't think I have another one. I do know I have one or two XS-60c barrels that could be turned to fit. And according to the fit of the barrel band.. it wouldn't take much.

Yeah that'd be great, probably have to be turned down some though on the breech end like you say. Wish I had a lathe, I'd experiment with a crosman barrel. 2240 band might work with them or disco band, unless they would be too low and pull the barrel down.

If I'm not mistaken I tried a 2240 band and it would not fit over the barrel or the tube? I think the tube. Or was it both? Heck... it just didn't work... lol

Maybe a disco band would work using a crosman barrel. Should be close to fitting the tube anyway.

That depends.. if the 2240 band was too tight on the SPA barrel then the Crosman barrel ain't gonna work in the breech.... too thin.
All theoretical, of course.

I've checked a crosman barrel with my CP-1M and it's bigger than the breech hole so would have to be turned down and oring grooves added etc but it will work.

If you take your barrel off one of your snow peak guns you'll see what I mean, they're like qb78 or x60c, they are smaller where they enter the breech and have orings to seal them
