Shoulder stock
BNM repeater breech
Easy access parts and great CS.
How much?
Well, considering I have a spare barrel, a 2240 and a shoulder stock... all I need to do is deal with BNM (not a joy ride by any stretch) and not be able to share mags with my other SPA guns.
6 of one, half dozen of the other.

Unless you get a great deal on the breech you're spending as much or more aren't you, than the CP2? Like you say though, parts and upgrades are readily available. You guys have much better prices as well in the US than we do here, on parts and crosman guns, so it might look more attractive on your end. Too bad Mike didn't get the camo stocks for the cp2, would make the choice even easier for me anyway!

yep, when I made my 25 cal crosman barrel for the plinkster, I think the actual breech block connection was 10mm or .394.. So , figuring a crosman barrel is .4375 , its only about .040 difference.. I do recall adding oring grooves , but I don't know if the transfer ports would line up since I used a NPxl barrel that had no TP>

I have a spa barrel in my drawer , so id use that as a reference for doing the crosman barrel.. hopefully, the Tp wont take long..ID ship it back out the next day .. anyway , that's all I got,, ( shank on plink barrel is .391 by .760 L

I put a CP-1M into a Plinkster stock. It required the stock (with shortened forend), a Plinkster trigger & guard, the small steel block that's attached to the bottom of the Plinkster's tube, and a longer mounting screw through the trigger guard. Pretty easy conversion. I had a pic of it on the Yellow Chinese forum (before refinishing the stock) but we all know what happened with Photobucket. 

So I have absolutely no use for the CP-2. But I'll be ordering one anyway.

Replaced the thumb screw w/a cap screw (button head will replace it later). 15" LOP. The buttpad is a grippy rubber, the rest hard molded and solid except the grip has a hole up through the bottom. Hole's the size of a 12g cartridge as others have mentioned. No longer uses the rearmost grip retainer screw. The CP1 trigger guard is a tight fit to the CP2 grip so it wasn’t obvious at first, but the trigger guard screw bottoms out before it’s tight. I replaced it w/a shorter stainless button head but will swap it for a black one eventually.
